Generally speaking, I hate dealing with cell phones (absolutely dread the idea of walking into a store) but I was due for a phone upgrade and went into our local Sprint store. Paco assisted me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. The other staff present were also friendly and interacted nicely with my children and other customers as they came in the store. Paco provided excellent customer service and made the upgrade process relatively painless.

Skipped the oak harbor store to come here and I am so glad I did! The office manager was amazing and so were the other staff! … Got the helped I needed in replacing a phone. They knew exactly what to do. They were all extremely friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice … Thanks guys ! Worth every extra mile to go to this store if you are in the Whidbey Area…
