Would give ZERO stars if possible! This place is horrible! I’ve given them 3 different chances going through the drive thru and they have messed up my order every single time I’ve been there, SEVERAL times in the same visit! I’m glad I always check my food before I leave and food is cold most of the time. I’m not sure why this is. I have never had this kind of experience at any other fast food establishment. I ordered cinnamon twists one time and there was NO cinnamon on it. Seriously? I love Taco Bell, but this franchise gives it a bad name.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this «restaurant.» I will certainly not be coming back any time soon.
First off, they left out one of my orders so I went home four dollars short and no popcorn nuggets.
Secondly, they placed one of my orders in a container that was labeled something completely different so it got kind of confusing.
Last of all, the service while unpleasant didn’t affect my love of Taco Bell, just not at this certain location.
My advice? Don’t go to this Taco Bell. It is a waste of time and money.

If there’s one thing you can expect when going to this place, it’s that they will not have enough chicken for you. Every time I go here, they always say they are out of chicken. I ordered a 12 piece family meal, and they did not have enough chicken to fill the order. The staff is aloof, and more often than not the place smells like someone threw up there. This place benefits from being the only restaurant of its kind in the small town of Anacortes. They simply do not care. If you can wait 15 to 20 minutes to drive to another restaurant in Burlington, I highly recommend you do so.

The entire staff looks like they are short a gene or two, no one in the restaurant can even spell «customer service» I wrote an email to corporate, no response.
If Im going to wait 20 minutes for food, Im definately not going to go to taco bell/kfc.
Food is inconsistant and cold, if it wasnt literally 15 feet from my work I would never ever go there

You can wait FOREVER in this drive-thru and sometimes the food looks literally slapped together and of highly questionable quality. Won’t be back. Get your act together people!

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!
No, I’m not being serious. But would you really ever expect this from a Taco Bell or KFC? I sure wouldn’t!
Taco Bell is Taco Bell no matter where you are. Same for KFC. I’m not a huge fan of either. But it’s cheap food when you need it and crap when you crave it; and sometimes I do.
This location is just fine. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fast service. But then again that can vary by the hour in a fast food establishment.
As I write this I wonder why we would need to review these places. I guess to point out the horrible ones. Which this one is not.
