Blinds & More

After meeting with several window covering companies, it was an easy choice to work with Shannon from Blinds & More. He was knowledgable, kind, had great products and ideas, and a fair price. Overall, we ended up buying window coverings for 5 rooms and we’re happy with every single shade. Our dining room presented a bit of challenge as the ceiling is two stories high and the windows are very big. We opted for automated shades for that room only; they work perfectly.
1 year later… I broke one of the chains on a regular shade, and we decided to reconfigure the remote for the automated shades. Shannon *very* generously came over with a new chain for the traditional shade, and spent about an hour resetting the remote for the dining room windows. This involved several trips up and down a very tall ladder. His work was characteristically flawless… and he didn’t charge me for his time, or for the new chain! He’s an incredibly nice guy who provides great products and even better service. Highly recommend!

We’ve contacted 4 other companies to get the right size shades needed for our Master Bedroom. After scheduling home visits with them, a couple didn’t even bother to call back and the others said they just can’t do it. Shannon was able to do it. He was on time for the initial visit. When he was coordinating the timing with the wholesaler, he called to give me a status. How refreshing. Shannon and Brian were finally scheduled to install the shade and we set a date and time. On the day of the install, Brian called to say traffic was bad and they would be 15 minutes late. Again, how refreshing! Overall we are pleased and will be using them for another project in the near future.

I needed new blinds for my kitchen, living room, and bedroom but I had been putting it off for months. I’m so glad that I called Blinds and More because they did all of the work and everything was a breeze. The installation was great, and Shannon also bent over backwards to get us the special kind of blinds we wanted which were difficult to find. On top of all that, the whole thing was affordable. I’d highly recommend Blinds & More.

I contacted Blinds & More based on the reviews from the Irvine location. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule with an initial consultation. I was impressed with the owner arriving on time, and prepared with the samples that I requested. I was told the Duette shades would take 2 – 3 weeks, but they came in sooner. They were installed professionally, and the owner even assisted me in vacuuming my valence before replacing it. I am not always easy to please, so be assured they earned this 5 star review.
