:Worst complex ever! I lived here for 8 months and no working air when thats why i moved in was because of a central ac unit from day one i have mentioned its been broke, ive put in over 15 request emailed everyone called once a week every week at least. No call backs ever promises always broke. lack of communication with management. You have to pay extra for people leaving trash outside the dumpster, they turn off your water without any notice. I have a newborn any they don’t even care. You never get a chance to talk to anybody. People working on the property never even talk to the manager because shes never there or doesnt answer. Dont move here youll regret it
I have called and emailed the new numbers, you are not sorry or it would’ve been fixed. Also they told me the air company was here and there are on there way and now it wont be tell Tuesday or Wednesday i have had to leave my apartment with my newborn becacuse of the conditions. This place is ridiculous and who are you anyway i made a Unilocal just to make sure people understand do not move here. If your so caring why arent you here fixing this problem. I am with holding my rent now and i want a deduction made for no ac for 8 months. Thanks alot for nothing

Star coz they look good to look at. Manager sucks! Never returns your calls .Don’t even talk about maintenance you can hardly get someone here to fix anything

Had an appointment at 10:30am today to view an apartment. They made sure to tell us if we were going to cancel to please call. Well they didn’t call to tell us they cancelled.
We showed up at 10:30am, went to the on site managers office and no one answered. Stayed there 10 mins, called the office number, NO ANSWER.
Pretty unprofessional, especially when you want someone’s business.
