I love coming here! The food is delicious and cheap. I go almost every Sunday with my family. I’ve tried the tacos, the wet burritos, the huaraches, the wings, burgers, everything there is delicious and affordable. I definitely recommend going there.

Food is amazing! Not trying to hype this place up at all, this is my third time coming here and I’m obsessed. My husband and I were looking for a new spot to try and came across this place on Unilocal.I’m so glad we gave it a try. Please do not come here if you’re in a hurry, food does take a while to be serve. I don’t mind waiting at all because I know everything is freshly made I do wish they served alcohol though, a XX Verde would be nice with my ceviche

Me and my boyfriend live down the street and decided to try it… Best decision ever! I love complimentary beans with the chips and salsa and this was no disappointment. Burrito mojado was huge and tasted authentic and my boyfriend got the molcajete which was so huge he could barely finish. Loved the food and the service. Definitely coming back!

Delicious food ! My family and I are never disappointed when we come here! Conveniently we live like 3 minutes away. They take a while to bring your food, But that only means it all comes from scratch !

I think their tacos al pastor are awesome! The tortas are good too, the nachos are good and I enjoy their breakfast burrito. it really does remind me of my sister’s grandma’s cooking — love it!

I’m going to make this Short and Sweet… All I have to say is that there is an old Mexican Grandma making your food in the kitchen and it doesn’t get any more Authentic than that! I am a fan of their Horchata but what keeps me coming back is their Chilaquilles and especially the Cesina they put on top. Please note that you can get them with either just the egg or with asada, chicken, or cesina on top… But if you don’t know what Cesina is then Go take your Taco Bell Butt somewhere else. and in regards to the speed of the service… I don’t complain, yes it’s not the fastest but like I said it takes TIME to make a good authentic Mexican plate. I want to see you go up to your Mexican mom or Grandma while she cooks and Tell her to Hurry up lets see what she says or better yet, Does with her Chancla! But if you really are a speedy prick, chill… They bring you Bomb Chips and Salsa with Thee most Delicious Frijoles Fritos and Queso to shut your up with. If they don’t bring the frijoles please do your self a favor and ask… sometimes people miss out on the wonders of life because they are too shy to ask for Happiness. Yvette S.(which is kinda cute btw) wrote a really good review about her time there and the enchiladas. I travel quite a bit and have eaten in a lot of high end restaurants and steak houses(paid by work) and even at the most high end fine dinning places I have had dishes that I don’t like but the next time I’m there I have another that just blows my mind. So if you go and have a dish that you are not a fan of give it atleast another chance with a different plat to really explore the options. The enchiladas michoacanas are good but just know Yvette S. that these are Authentic Mexican Dishes, and in Michoacán or in Mexico in General when you order a Chicken dish they serve you the actual Chicken with Bone and all. Most places give shredded chicken or just breast to accommodate the laziness of this Country and the bone gives the chicken great flavor. But bone isn’t for everyone so I can see where you coming from. Anywhooo… i’ll probably be there Sunday morning with my Momma as usual.

best place to eat great and affordable dishes. the service is awsome. good family oriented and very clean. I’m not form the area but every time I’m in the area this is where i choose to eat 99.9% of the time spend in this area. i strongly recommend it but don’t just read the reviews try the food and get your very own opinion.

Breakfast burrito was disappointing, really skinny and barely any egg or hashbrowns in it. You can go to Paul’s place and get a breakfast burrito for the same price and it’s three times the size. Not to mention my burrito from Cali grill was too salty to finish.

Where to begin? I’ve been to this place a couple times because for some reason family and friends would rant rave about it and it’s food. After being there about 3 times I have no idea why. Every time I’ve been there without fail they take forever with everything from taking my order to bringing out the food… Now I can understand if it was busy, but I’ve never been there when there wasn’t more than one other table occupied. And please somebody tell me why they offer meats on the menu they don’t even Carry in the restaurant. This place pisses me off. I come in this establishment in a good mood to meet up with friends ready to enjoy a good meal and then I end up going home with a bad attitude and striking my wife. I blame California grill. Thanks for nothing.

Can’t believe the service at this place. It so slow. Took over 1 ½ to get 5 regular tacos, I had so many of those chips that they give you that I even hate those chips now. Don’t think I would be coming back to this place unless I really have time to kill or a craving of chips and salsa. Once we asked for the bill, that came in less than a minute. CC

Great food. I just wish they would be open for breakfast. I want to try some breakfast burritos but they would have to be open by 7:00.

I leave about two blocks from the restaurant. I love the food, is a family owned and everyone there are friendly, always clean. They even know us by our name. My favorite plate is the mole, and my husband is the chilaquiles, my son loves there asada quesadilla

My boyfriend LOVES this place… I wouldn’t say I «love» it because I am a hard critic when it comes to Mexican food because I’ve had authentic Mexican food all my life. This is a new location so I will give it another chance as I try other plates(& I will update my review when I do). I ordered the Enchiladas Michoacanas de pollo(chicken) and an horchata. I liked the horchata because it wasn’t watered down and was evenly sweet all the way around. I hate when I get an horchata that taste like it was mixed with instant horchata mix a few seconds before being brought to the table… YUCK! The Enchiladas Michocanas did not come with rice and beans but with a side of two chicken legs, which I thought was a little weird. The inside of the enchiladas had cheese and very little meat. They were topped with cabbage and big slices of tomato, which I hated! I like the tomatoes to be chopped when I have them on my enchiladas, so I just removed them altogether. One thing I found disappointing was that there was no salsa at the table to use for your food because I like to add a little more spicy goodness to my plate. Being Mexican, I like having my mouth on fire when I eat. As for the chicken legs, there was no real flavor to it and whatever sauce was on the skin just grossed me out. I should have gone with the carne asada, it looked so much better. Stay away from the chicken! I wouldn’t say I really enjoyed my food, I just think I chose the wrong plate. My boyfriend swears by the chilaquiles, so I will try them next time. I really like how they bring you a basket of chips with a little cup of salsa AND a plate of refried beans topped with queso fresco. So delicious and its a nice little appetizer given at no charge. They did take a while to make our food(approximately 20 — 25 mins) but I am thinking it is because we had a party of 5. I would suggest for others to give this place a try, but to order something other than the Enchiladas Michocanas.
