Came in and had some delicious curry. Very friendly atmosphere. Clean. Our waitress was very attentive and extra sweet. The whole restaurant has a warm and inviting vibe. I plan on coming again with friends :)

The Little Elephant is changed into Plern Social House. It has change owners — but still in the same family. Daughter was running things anyhow– so now it’s her place! The new signage should be in soon.

Yummy food in a trendy, clean atmosphere! We really enjoyed every dish we tried: shrimp fried rice, pad Thai, Tom Yum spicy chicken soup, Thai ice tea, & green cream soda. Plus really friendly, responsive service. This cool eatery will definitely be on my local favorites list!

This place was delicious! Got cream cheese wontons, Thai tea and pineapple fried rice. So good! Much more pleasant atmosphere than expected as well. I will definitely be back to try soups and BBQ.

— Locale Destination — It’s on W La Palma Ave and N Euclid St in Anaheim. It’s in a little strip mall, nearby one of my favorite Thai grocery market & restaurant(E-San Rod-Sap). Inside is very roomy. Simple yet clean décor. They have a karaōke with the stage. It’s kinda random but you see that at Asian places. It’s a restaurant. The server is very friendly. Menu covers many items — from curry to fried fish etc. Parking is plenty. You can use credit cards unlike«E-San Rod-Sap» ;) — Gluttony Expedition — Egg plant: Rice dish. It’s like a spicy basil(eggplant) dish. It had eggplant, onions, bell peppers, and Thai basil. Good! Sen ju pu: It was kinda like a «Pad Thai» — very sweet noodle. Scramble egg that had crab meats was on the top of the noodle. Fresh bean sprouts and carrots were on the side for the topping. It lacked in the crab flavor. Meh. Coconut ice with sweet rice: Tasty coconut ice with sweet rice(cold steam rice was sweetened and put on the bottom of the ice cream). I’m Japanese, so we kinda used to the type of sweetened rice, but it is bit different. Not bad. — Conqueror’s Deduction — This isn’t my first time to come here but I can’t find my review here. It wasn’t filtered, so I guess I forgot to write the review ;p Drunken noodle wasn’t bad at the last time. I believed I ate more but don’t remember. I like«E-San Rod-Sap» way better than here. It doesn’t mean bad. It’s decent but I’m not satisfied with so so Thai food. Many of good Thai places around here, so why should I settle with so so? It’s nice they take credit cards unlike«E-San»…

Absolutely amazing food, portions, service and prices. If ever in the Disneyland area, highly recommend. This is 10 min drive from the park.

I was so misled by the pictures on Unilocal.I was super looking forward to the naked shrimp because I saw the pictures on here and it looked great. I ordered some take-out of Naked Shrimp and Pad See Ew and I was so disappointed when I got home. The shrimp didn’t even have the jalapeño and mint leaves like it did on the pictures here, only cilantro with huge chunks of sliced garlic! I have nothing against Cilantro and Garlic but this is a completely different dish! They should have just told me they didn’t have it instead of obviously just trying to make do with what they had. And what’s up with giving me a whole lot of cabbage with it? And the Pad See Ew was meh, the chicken was super dry and the whole thing was very greasy. The beef in it was edible and there were 2 pieces of shrimp in it. Never going back.

My brother picked this place to have lunch at for our monthly meet up. When I pulled up I expected it to be a little hole in the wall dump. I went inside and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and nicely decorated it was. I wasn’t really feeling Thai today, so I stuck with something simple — chicken teriyaki. My brother ordered the Rad Nah lunch special, and we also split an order for cream cheese wontons. One thing I have to say about this place is the prices are very reasonable! If you choose the daily special, your meal is only $ 5.00! Or you can order one of their lunch specials and they are all $ 5.95. My chicken teriyaki was not a lunch item, but the portion was huge(I didn’t finish it), loads of chicken and rice, green salad, and macaroni salad for only $ 6.95. The cream cheese wontons were great. We got eight of them for I think $ 5. They were very light and crispy with a thin cream cheese stuffing inside. My brother’s Rad Nah I did not try, but he liked. It was a bit soupy though, way more sauce than the noodles, veggies or chicken. My chicken teriyaki was good. The chicken was a little dry, but it had good flavor. Their rice was amazing(I chose fried instead of steamed), the green salad had a nice refreshing citrus dressing on it, and the macaroni salad was very good. It reminded me of Hawaiian macaroni salad, but not as heavy and creamy. The bill for lunch including our drinks was only $ 24 which was great considering how much food we received — my lunch was so large that I ended up bringing half of it home. Our waitress was super cool and friendly and provided great service. I will meet my brother here again if he wants, and maybe next time I will actually order Thai food :)

Great Thai food and great service :) I really liked the Pad See Ew, it was one of the best I’ve had. My parents had the yellow curry and said it was fantastic. The menu is pretty extensive and the atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The mango and sticky rice is the best! The sticky rice is actually sticky and perfectly sweet — some other places have watery rice or it’s not even sweet at all.

My friends and I were craving Thai food so we ordered some from here for pick-up. We got the shrimp fried rice, pad thai, pork pad see ew, and yellow curry which came out to be $ 32 and was ready within 20 min. Portions were fairly big too! Not bad! The food was overall okay… the pad thai was disappointing because it was pretty bland. The best dish was probably the pad see ew or the yellow curry although the flavors were a little on the blander side.(Ask for hot sauce)! I can’t help but compare it to other Thai restaurants. It wasn’t bursting with amazing authentic flavors like Jitlada in LA or Daisy Mint in Pasadena. But I’ve also had much worse Thai food so I thought this was an overall okay experience. Overall, not bad Thai food but not the best either – hence the 3 stars. If you’re in the area, it will suffice if you have some serious Thai food cravings!

I’ve been dying for a local Thai place that could measure up to Special Thai(since it’s been closed due to a kitchen fire) and have only been disappointed. This place is absolutely not an exception. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible, the restaurant was freezing(i had three layers of clothes on to eat). I can’t even remember what my brother and I had ordered because it was that uneventful. But what I DO remember is that the servers(yes, TWO) only had two tables to work with and they chose to spend most of the evening flirting with another table. Water? Sure! Just wait 15 minutes before you finish your meal and then we’ll bring it out. Also, is that a karaōke stage or a stage for music? I don’t get it. Oh, and the first time I stopped by, they were closed for a «private party». There was absolutely nobody there and they wouldn’t even take our orders. That’s ok, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Where the food tastes good and the employees actually care.

PROS: Food Restroom Décor Prices CONS: Location(hard to find) I have checked in several times and I figured I’d finally sit down to write a review. The things we typically order for dinner is Panang Curry, Pad Thai, Coconut Drink, Cream Cheese Wontons… and only once did we get the Fried Twinkie(we went after the gym and felt that we could indulge a bit). The food is delicious, the service is good. The ladies that work there are super friendly and are easy to talk to. If you’re a fan of Thai and you’re looking to try a different place(like I did) do yourself a favor and try it out… but keep an eye-out for the sign because its hard to find.

This place is okay. Ordered pad thai, green curry, and coconut fried shrimps. The shrimps were really big, fried to perfection, and delicious. The pad thai was also good. But the green curry which came out kinda late wasn’t that good. A little watery and it used regular eggplants(which I hate) instead of thai eggplants. Prices were cheap and the service was good, so 3.5 stars!

$ 6.95 for pretty much all your basic thai favorites: curries, pad thai, pad see ew, some of the fried rices. I came in last saturday to fulfill a thai food craving and ordered myself some chicken pad see ew. The dish was overall decent, the noodles came out no better and not much worse than what I was expecting to get. Only side note is that the chicken in my pad see ew was overly dry to the degree that I got tired of chewing it and started eating around it. Other than that the dish was not bad at all. Service is really kind. Just a tip for future Little Elephant eaters, make sure you get an updated menu from your waitress or else you’re going to feel fooled when you receive the bill like I did(if the noodles are listed as $ 6, you have an old menu).

There’s nothing better than going to a Thai restaurant with someone from Thailand! We went with some friends and the wife is from Thailand — it was awesome! She was friendly with the owner and we got great service. She knew exactly what to order and totally doctored up our Pad Thai with oil and vinegar — it could not have been more delicious. I’m super wimpy and had to get some of the dishes mild, but I tried everything including the medium and hot dishes! I think with time, I could butch up and take it!

Little Elephant and I was trampled. Trampled with mediocre food, non spicy curry, and pretty much an uneventful meal. Our hostess sat us next to the only other occupied table in the place. She proceeded to pull up a chair and yap with them. Yap until the phone rang and she left to pick it up. The place does serve haley’s blue boy green and pink drinks. Nice.

Hmmm how do I say it nicely? I do not like the food here… Ordered pad see ew, beef panang, green soda and pink creamy drink. Green soda and pink creamy drink: pretty yummy… your typical green and red soda or creamy drink. 4 stars. Pad See Ewe: it’s pad see ewwwwwwwwww 2 stars. Beef Panang: chewy meat and so-so curry. 2 stars. Red bean in coconut milk dessert: free but maybe they shouldn’t serve this. 2 stars. 2.5 stars. Changnoy Little Elephant is not so yummylicious!
