I recently worked with Freeman Co as an exhibitor for a show. I used them for receiving a pallet at their warehouse, delivery the pallet to the show, and shipping the pallet back across the country. They were great on the front end, answering all my questions. However, after the show there were two pretty major misunderstandings, which we all know happens sometimes. Often these misunderstanding don’t end up positively for the customer, but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH FREEMAN. They went above and beyond to treat me as a valued customer. It wasn’t just customer service, it was an absolutely positive customer experience. Anytime I get the chance to work with Freeman, I definitely will!
