Kids eat for free after 4pm. It’s kinda awesome. We just have to pay for me and my husband’s food. We went there on a weekday(monday afternoon). We went on a weekend but it was packed and we dont wanna wait an hour for pancakes. So we went the next day coz we promised our daughter we’ll get some pancakes at ihop. Anyway, the food is good for the price. My husband got steak tips with corn and mashed potato. I got tilapia with mashed potato. The service is ok. Our server was friendly but when he’s serving, he doesnt put the food or drinks down carefully/slowly. It’s not even busy, just 3 tables occupied. Maybe he’s just really like that. All in all we still enjoyed our visit and may come back soon.

With a name like IHOP you expect them to specialize in breakfasts, or at least know how to cook an egg! I have not had a correctly cooked egg here yet. The first time I ordered my eggs sunny side up, the yolks were ice cold. After 2 tries and having the cook roll his eyes at the waiter, I settled for over easy. The last and final time I went there, I ordered my eggs over hard to make sure the yolk was cooked. I guess they dont have time to cook them the right way so they just break the yolks and serve them semi-scrambled. I took a bite and was disapointed, look at the picture and decide if you would eat that. I now drive to Disneyland on Harbor and dine there, that location Is much better.

Sunday morning, late start, craving for pancakes, where to go ? easy answer, let’s go to IHOP :) this location never disappoints me for service or quality but parking was always a challenge, but today was lucky day as I got it very easily and Samantha took good care of us for our orders as well, Looking forward to many more Sundays to come, Hope it remains the same and don’t get jinxed

My husband wanted something simple and nothing too far so we ended up here. Parking is a tight squeeze with a few more spaces in the back. It was busy when we arrived and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. I ordered the chicken and waffles while my husband ordered the pancake combo which included eggs, hash browns and sausages. My husband enjoyed his simple breakfast while I did not. My food came out cold. The waffles were cold and so were my chicken. I guess they made mine first and waited a long time to make his or something cuz it was not good. Service was ok. Waitress wasn’t as attentive. Had to call her over multiple times to get refills on drink, sugar free syrup and more creamer.

Little dated but clean. Staff nice and attentive. Great midday stop not sure how it would be the place was full for a breakfast rush… as we visited in the afternoon. Food pretty good for a chain restaurant definitely would come back

This is one of the most efficient well run IHOPs I have ever been to. From the moment my friend and I walked in the door, we were greeted with big smiles and very quickly seated in a nice well unkept booth. After placing our orders, the food was brought out hot and fresh.

I give this 4 stars for fabulous service. Very apparent that the staff is well trained. Our server, Jessica was extremely friendly, attentive and knew the menu. Restaurant was clean. Food quality was fair(for me), but to be expected for an IHOP. Way too much sodium for my taste. But for the sodium, the hash browns were crispy on the outside and cooked well on the inside. My over medium eggs were perfectly cooked. When we left the restaurant, the manager asked us about our meal. I chose this IHOP over the IHOP closer to Disneyland because of it’s reviews on Unilocal. If you are looking for breakfast at an IHOP after spending the day at the park, I think it’s worth the 5 mile drive.

Chocolate chip pancakes where good but have one only after a while it’s to much I also had crepes and that reminded me of my childhood they were amazing I gave it for stars because it was kind of uncomfortable sitting so close and tight to other tables there was no room to move around my chair kept getting pushed but I would go again and take it to go

It’s an IHOP. But I don’t go here because it’s an IHOP. This IHOP is different. It’s an Anaheim institution. A meeting place for friends and families. It feels more like that hometown diner you grew up with than the cookie-cutter chain restaurant breakfast spot. Sure, I could go to an IHOP in any city, and in fact, I’d probably have several to choose from. But I don’t. I go to this IHOP and only this IHOP, because I grew up with it, and the service is just so damn great. No trip home to Southern California would be complete without stopping in for some pancake-y goodness.

I was down in SoCal visiting some friends last weekend. We usually pass on places like IHOP after we’ve been out blasting Grammy-worthy karaōke from our impeccable lungs, but decided to give this little gem a whirl for some late-evening grub. Glad we did! This place was like entering a place from my childhood – in a good way! The décor was quaint and cozy, the wait staff was as friendly as any Midwesterner desires, and the place as a whole was cleaner than my buddy’s version of «The Shoop Shoop Song.» And the food was just what we wanted. Totally coming back here next time we hit up the Sunset Lounge.

I don’t always go to IHOP, but when I do, I go to *this* IHOP. Fine, I may not be the most interesting woman in the world, but I know me a good stack of pancakes, a carafe of coffee and a fabulous staff when I eat/drink/see them(, respectively — I swear I didn’t eat the staff). A group of San Francisco friends and I were on a SoCal road trip and decided to pop in for a quick bite. I actually protested because I’ve been to an IHOP or two in my day, and generally, I’m not a huge fan. I obviously lost the breakfast battle — one of our road trippers was from this town and INSISTED I would change my tune — so I caved. Turns out, he was right. I was floored by the service and quality of the food. So much so that I felt compelled to let all y’all int he Unilocalosphere know it!

Clean and tidy for an IHOP. At the same time it has a very intimate feel, not so sprawling and big box feeling. Great IHOP!

Solid IHOP experience. If you want to load up on carbs and delight in the sweet air of syrup, this place is a go-to for those brunchie munchies. The owner is cool and the location is great.

Welcome to Anaheim, home to my second-favorite IHOP in the world. Can we talk about old-school IHOP for a minute? IHOPs like this one, that always seem busy, and warm, and inviting, because they’re not the size of a Walmart. I like old IHOPs in general because the new ones seem so plastic-y, like they’re created from a giant injection mold that just pops out restaurants, fully formed. That’s creepy. This little IHOP though, is the opposite of creepy. Its like a slice of my childhood, covered in boysenberry syrup(which I always used as a kid because we didn’t have it at home and it made me feel fancy). Anyway, this place is more like a local diner, at least it seems like that to me. I’ve only been a couple of times, usually with rowdy groups of friends, but I see people that look like regulars. And those people look darn happy to be there. I’d rate the food at above-average-IHOP level. That means that the pancakes approximate something I’d serve someone at home, and that the grilled-cheese does its job when I need it to. Those are the only things I’ve had, and maybe some scrambled eggs, which were fine, although lacking in crème fraîche and truffle oil, which is how I prefer my eggs.(That’s I joke, I know they don’t serve that at IHOP, even though I always ask). In short, why not stop by when you’re in the neighborhood. Definitely worth the quick detour as you head down the 5.

Love Love Love this Ihop! The service is ALWAYS great, the waitresses are always nice friendly and they have no problem chatting with you. I always ask for something different from whats the menu offers in addition the standard meal, and they always seem to accommodate. Their response is «Oh that sounds good, I’ll have to try that» and it is, its always good. The food is fresh, the portions are large and service is always on point! Great for families who just don’t want to cook after a long day at work! Plus kids eat free after 4 with a paid adult!

When two people try to enjoy the food and it causes sickness the next day, that is a sign that quality over quantity isn’t a laughing matter… I usually enjoy pancakes and fresh eggs, but with the way companies are trying to save every penny, you can’t put a price tag on fresh. Why don’t restaurants use real ingredients anymore? We were able to taste the quality. Anyhow, the service at this particular place is friendly and keeps up, but the food is bland and twice, we ended up sick. Marking this as, I can’t find myself back at any one of these chains.

Owner is there a lot and staff is friendly. Still small and limited parking. Great for locals to get away from kid /tourist infested IHops. The crepes here are some of the best i have ever had i 4 states.
