My first experience at Janna was great the owners are really friendly and the area is very nice and welcoming. The customer service is great and the place is very clean. The food is amazing and the hookah is great. Also the prices for the hookah is great it’s only $ 9 which is unbelievable can’t wait till it opens again.

This place was soooooo great!
Went to eat after a gym session and I’ll tell you I was not disappointed.
The inside is decorated with a very playful motif that I really enjoyed, filled with interesting curiosities, perfect for your viewing pleasure as you wait for your delicious meal to come.
Let me tell you, the food is very delicious. From the arrangement and preparation to the savory taste of flavors that definitely leave your pallet and stomach satisfied; healthy and nutritious, it hit the spot after a few hours at the gym. One thing I do have to highlight is that the chicken from the chicken shish kebab plate I ordered was especially tender!!! something I find hard to find going to these sort of eateries… a lot of the times they over cook their chicken and leave it very dry, not this place!!! It was soooo good!
Also they are very nice people, service was attentive and efficient; good to bring yourself, family or a date.
I will note they serve hookah, which i am not a fan of as I’m a proud non-​smoker but it didn’t bother me much sitting in their inside dinning area; so wasn’t a problem.

Great place to habg out. Great service, great food and prices that cant be beat. I was there on a Sunday and there was not that many people.
I ordered some appetizers, made fresh, also their drinks. real good! Plus the hookah is a real good price around for the ones around the area!

This is my 2^nd experience with Janna Café at around 4:30pm. My boyfriend originally wanted to order a chicken dinner, but they had unfortunately ran out of the whole chicken so he then settled for the chicken kabob as an alternative. I chose the shish taouk. Around 15 minutes after placing our order we were informed that they had run out of rice and had to go buy Chinese rice instead since we didn’t want the fries for the substitute they offered. About another 20 minutes the waitress came back with the already cooked rice from the Chinese take out. The food overall was decent; however my boyfriend did notice his chicken kabob was just a smaller version of the shish taouk, and the same price. Same marinated chicken, just cut up in smaller and less chunks! (5) All together I would have to give this restaurant 3 stars for the poor customer service, and not being consistent with their inventory of food/​ingredients.

I use to come here years ago (literally 9 years ago) and went occasionally throughout the years. Recently, I’ve been coming more often since my friend has been loyal to this place since day one. I definitely am a fan of the new owners and the whole change they’ve incorporated in their business. Food is good, ambiance is amazing, and service is great. Definitely one of our hang out spots whenever we have the chance to catch up. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

what is there to say about this place … one word AMAZING!!!
First of all, I’ve been to Janna even since the new owners purchased it and believe me, there is no comparison to how Janna Café is being run now.
Janna Café — beautiful décor; inside and outside. comfortable, cushioned seating and easy access set up of tables and chairs.
Owners — they are so loving, personable, friendly, attentive and they treat customers with great respect and service.
Food — I have yet to try everything on the menu, but what my boyfriend and I have tried so far are amazing; authentic Lebanese food. Made fresh, made with the love for food and love for cooking.
Drinks — YES!!! there is a drink menu. from beer, to mix drinks, to shots and wine. they have some great mixes. one of my favorite is the lemon drop, YUM!
Hookah — Lets just say, when I crave hookah; which is everyday, the first spot that comes to mind is Janna. I’m never not satisfied with the hookah. They keep them old school with the ceramic heads and no plastic hoses!
Overall — I recommend this place to everyone that I know. And to be honest, I’m there almost everyday since I found out the were open again. I love that place! Give them a visit and I promise you won’t regret your decision and you will come back with many more friends.

This is by far the best place to get hookah. It’s my happy place. The owners are incredible. The atmosphere is so calming. The food is fantastic. I’m never disappointed. You won’t regret trying it out.

Overhere you get good Lebanese food without being rubbed on the bill at end! Prices are very fair. The food is authentic and the hookah hits just right. The owners are lovely and fun to deal with. Strongly recommend you try it out. Also good for family set ups.

The new improve Janna, a lot cleaner, better people, better staff, full bar, hookah is on point try orange and mint, very nice place to hang out and relax. The owner is very nice you will see her around. GO and check it out for your self they open a at 12pm.

This was the perfect spot to end our night after spending the day at the Anaheim packing district! We showed up expecting just to try out the hookah, but ended up trying two of the desserts which were delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness and flaky goodness. We had citrus + mint hookah which hit the spot for us too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the hand painted décor and pretty lighting. And I was definitely impressed by the great value of their pricing — all of this for just under $ 12 !Would definitely love to come back and sit in the indoor lounge area/​try out more from their food menu!

Janna café is great place good food and hookah I would recommend anyone who likes hookah and drinks they have liguor beer and wine and they don’t make u buy anything if u don’t want to. And they make u feel like u home

Great place to chill with a group of friends or to get away by yourself for a little bit. The new owners are real cool and make your visit comfortable and inviting. A true hidden gem in Anaheim that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys hookah and great food!

This place has different owners and they are amazing they make you feel like family here. It’s really great hookah! They come around and make sure your coals are good, always really nice and the hookah is cheap, but excellent only $ 9. Since I have found this gem I don’t go anywhere else I love it here! Check it out if you want good hookah and a good atmosphere!

Not only the best libanese food the restaurant its self is, service atmosphere that will make you come back every day, the salads and the hommos, baba ghannog, and the fool modamas, so good, I can’t wait to come to the grand opening soon new owner very nice I will live there remember etc new owner now open tell med night son owner say will open late, take the risk you will like it
