Kandis Richardson – Ny’a Properties

I can’t say enough good things about Kandis while looking at buying a loft or home in Anaheim. She was attentive to say the least. She showed us several in varying sizes. She has great ideas and suggestions for remodeling, adding walls, etc. She was very honest too with regard to financing, the builder, HOA, and other questions. She also showed us several homes in neighboring areas just in case we didn’t want to go the loft route when choosing to buy. I would definitely recommend her. She doesn’t come across as a pushy Realtor or has that sort of Realtor vibe that we all know and dislike. Instead, she’s very likable! She just comes across as a straight forward, nice person, who wants to help and is extremely professional! You can’t go wrong if you choose her for your Orange County real estate needs.
