I came back to this place a second time because my first experience wasn’t so bad. I got my exam & the female doctor was nice & patient. Unfortunately this time around I got my appointment with a male doctor. He was rude no patience what’s so ever. I felt he was rushing me on my exam I didn’t feel comfortable. Plus he doesn’t even know what he’s doing. Since its been a while I havent put on contacts on. I asked him for his guidance to make sure I didn’t flip around my contact the other way. He assured me I had it the right way, WRONG!!! That was the reason why I couldn’t put it on. He reschedules me to see him again the following week, to finish teaching me. Obviously I’m not ever seeing him again. You have to be kidding me? All he did the whole time since I stepped foot in his office was tell me my eyes are difficult, to come back every 6 months or 3 months even. He must be out of his mind. He was rude inpatient and over all very unprofessional. Very unhappy with my second visit. I regret coming back. The male doctor is the worst doctor I have ever had by far.

I didn’t do an eye exam but the girls were really helpful. I wanted some sunglasses and they help me choose a pair of Rayban. They have 2 more offices in Santa Ana and Irvine. Irvine has a variety of sunglasses. If you want an affordable glasses this is the place.

The receptionist and the other assistants are all very unprofessional. I came here for a new pair of glasses; Instead, I wait 15 minutes at the front desk while the place isn’t even busy at all, and I can see all of them gossiping and chatting in another room. And when I finally was attended to, her only apology was «Sorry, we’re just like a family here, we’re all really close.» This is a fucking workplace not a family get together at your relative’s house. I got my eyes checked and everything and would be notified two weeks after to pick up my glasses.
I never received a call, voicemail, or any notification whatsoever about my pick up. I was the one who had to call the place and inquire about my pick up for which they blamed ME for not answering my phone or responding. Let me reiterate that I did not receive ANY NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER about my pick up. The lady insisted that she had called me the week before and that it was my fault for waiting so long to call her. This place is ridiculous.

I haven’t even seen this doctor Billy Tran on Katella Ave in Anaheim or gone into their office but already had to give them a bad review.
I called their office to have them check my insurance, to see what services are covered. Halfway through checking for me, the receptionist says she’ll call me back in 10 minutes because they are busy. She never called back.
That is enough bad service for me, thank you very much !
