La Fruishta

Loved this hidden gem! Parking is easy to miss but it’s free. You park in this garage that’s also the garage for the apartment complex too, I believe.
We ordered the ham & cheese waffle and the Hawaiian Breeze. The Hawaiian breeze had this AMAZING syrup or juice in it that’s not too sweet and super tropical. Not sure how to explain it, but it was really good! I had the strawberries replaced with kiwi or banana, I don’t really remember but check the photo I posted to see what I got.

Found this place on Unilocal and decided to try it out on my lunch break. Walked in, no greeting from the employee who was sitting down on his phone. He did however look up to acknowledge my presence. I proceeded to help myself by looking at the menu. Still no greeting or are you ready to order. I waited about 3 minutes after looking over the menu, was looking his way and still nothing. I contemplated on getting his attention so I could order, but then the dirty counter with uncleaned blender and other kitchen accessories were just laying out, I decided to just walk out. Oh and the employee just continued on his phone…

Service was in incredible and I have no idea how this place isn’t as popular as it should be. The fruit was fresh and the ashta cream was a pleasant surprise. If the food doesn’t keep you from coming back, the friendly workers will.

Ten star! Their fruit cocktails are soooo good! I tried The Pink Lagoon today. The ashta cream makes it a heaven. $ 4.95 for a large healthy fruit cocktail, amazing price for the high quality food. Give it a try and you will love it!

Excellent breakfast spot with great service from the owner. If you’re visiting Disneyland and looking for a delicious and unique breakfast, check this place out!

I don’t know what the hell they put in here besides fresh fruit, but it is SO GOOD. I’m not really sure how to describe it besides saying it’s like almost a parfait? But way better.
I’m going to eat this for lunch every dang day now.

What a disappointment! I kept calling the place to place my order, and no answer. When I arrive I asked them if there was something wrong with their phone and the guy goes… «Is your number the 323…» I’m like. Yeah. And then he says, oh sorry I was on the phone –_​-​… He say I was calling. Several times… Whatever happened to answering and saying «can you please hold». Terrible…
I came here to order a crêpe, and then the guy says… Sorry we don’t do crepes anymore… SERIOUSLY! I would have known that if you had bothered answering the phone on the first place! Terrible…
And to top it off, the other girl that was working there just kept giggling… Every time this guy answers any of my questions. Does she have any respect for this older man? That was just very disrespectful.
Clearly these people have no customer service skills. And we’ll NO CREPES… Don’t go here! Go somewhere else for fruits where they will value your time and money.

Just started working down the street from this place so I thought I’d stop in to try it out. I love this place! Fresh ingredients (not the canned stuff like most places). The kale & mango smoothie is a to choice! Although there is no inside seating, there are tables and chairs outside with a fountain nearby… Makes for a cool spot to relax during lunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely going to be a regular here!

They were super nice and very patient! Our food and drinks were still made pretty quickly and they were delicious. Most of the foods/​drinks have pistachios which give it a very good, unique, and new taste.

Love this place and would totally recommend to anyone who loves all things fruity and sweet. My girlfriend and I stop by this place almost once a week if not more. The ashtar cream used in most dishes was new to both of us but low and behold we are hooked and absolutely love LA Fruishta! I would recommend trying the fruits and nuts cocktail it is to die for! Say hello to Pierre and his Fruishta team they are all very nice and have wonderful customer service!

Order online and it is waiting for you when u get there. U can even tip online

This place deserves a Nobel Peace Prize! I had ordered the granola and berry cup as well as the crêpe, and my oh my, it was delicious. They had a bit of trouble delivering due to traffic, but when my food had arrived, I was free of charge! It was extremely generous if you ask me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious dessert or wonderful fruit cup.

Fresh fruit. Great flavor. The ashta cream is what sets this place a part from everywhere else. I’ve only known about this place for about 2 – 3 weeks and I’ve already been there like 8 times. The owner is a very sweet guy with a good heart and a passion for what he does. My favorite is the Cebu Dream. It’s amazing EVERY TIME. Go there and trade your money for a fruit cup. You won’t regret it!

There fruit cups are delicious! Made to order! They are always so friendly and willing to change or add different fruits for you! I wish they had more customers! Everyone would really enjoy! This place opened up recently and I’ve already tried 2 of their fruit cups and their waffles. Their blackberry sauce for the waffles is amazing. Their customer service is excellent. They’ve got smoothies and fruit pies… OMG. Will definitely be returning.

This is walking distance from our place. We were walking our pawkid around and stopped in here for a snack. We picked up a chocolate crêpe with strawberries and a mango-​pineapple fruishta which was very refreshing! I would skip the crêpe next time and stick to their special fruishtas.

I am addicted to their Island Freshness fruit cup ($ 5). They are generous with the fresh fruits and sprinkles of pistachio. They seem to have a magic (secret) ingredient that makes me go back several times a week.
They also have a fruit pie ($ 10) — graham crackers shell, Nutella filling and all kinds of berries with kiwi. It was a HUGE hit in our office potluck. See pic below.
Free parking, clean & cozy dessert place and friendly staff. Next time I will try the waffles. Highly recommended!

These things are delicious ! Very unique and fresh flavors. They are a good size and worth every penny. I definitely recommend giving them a try, especially if you are a Stadium Loft resident. I got the Hawaii with pineapple instead of mango, so good I couldn’t even bring myself to try something different on my second visit.

I don’t like to get up early in the morning. I don’t like making breakfast. I don’t like buying fruit that just gets rotten a few days after I buy it. I like easy. I like simple. But I also like delicious food because I’m excellent at eating.
This is a new eatery that just opened up across from McDonalds and Dennys, on Katella and State College. At first glance, it looks like just another smoothie/​frozen yogurt/​health nut place. IT IS NOT.
I will wake up early, put pants on, and walk from my apartment to La Fruishta every morning if their excellent customer service, crepes, waffles, and fruit «parfaits» (I use «parfait» lightly because their fruit cups are SO MUCH BETTER than just a parfait because of this delicious, addictive, cream they put on top called ashta) remain completely amazing.
So, instead of going to McDonalds where you know you’ll feel like crap the moment you finish your meal, or Dennys where you know you spend too much time anyways, GO TO LA FRUISHTA. Seriously, you will not be disappointed. I, personally recommend the Hawaiian Cup or the Island Cup but I’m sure they’re all amazing.
Also, if you live in the Platinum Triangle like I do, you literally have no reason not to try this place.
On a side note, they do take card but cash is easier BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS ONLY A FEW BUCKS. I JUST HAD BREAKFAST AND AM HAPPY AND FULL FOR $ 8.00. I don’t review places often because they’re usually a huge disappointment because of how picky I am and I’m a foodie snob at best. But seriously, go here.
