I live in San Diego and have a rental property in Anaheim. I was very fortunate to find Mark because he is so dedicated and have always answered or returned my phone call. He is very honest and extremely helpful. he gives good advice on whatever work needs to be done. He is so friendly, with great bedside manners that it made us feel we know him for a long time. There are no words to express how delightful it is to know him. He put our minds at peace and we were worry free. His work speaks for itself!

Called and Mark informed he would make it on Wednesday afternoon but I requested I wouldn’t be available. He said he would try and juggle his appointment but NEVER heard from him. Glowing Unilocal reviews?

I, too, was excited to use Mark but am having a hard time getting a response from him. He must already have enough work.

This ad is in regard to responsiveness, as I haven’t had any services performed. I liked the reviews I saw on Unilocal so have tried calling and emailing with no response for over a week. Disappointed, as I really wanted to use this guy!

Mark the Handyman is who I’ve needed for yrs. He was prompt, kind, honest. He did eveything I needed quickly and efficiently and at a very reasobale price. Felt like I’ve known him for yrs. I will be calling him again.

I can’t say enough about Mark. He is friendly, courteous, and not only that, but called ahead and arrived on time. Following a pipe leak under the slab of my house we had water damage and mold. I called Mark to help pull out my dishwasher and kitchen faucet to cut costs for restoration work. He not only did all that in record time, but helped me out with something else after I already paid him for his work. (And his rate was VERY reasonable.)
I have to add that this was the second time I called him. The first time he took care of a bedroom ceiling fan and fixed a vent pipe. So when it comes to household repairs what can’t he do? And just for the record, I am not related to him and I never met him before he came in to do work. The guy did a great job and deserves to be credited for it. Will I use his services again if I need home repair? Damn straight!
