McDonald’s

The worst McDonald’s I have been to! They always mess up my order and take more than ten mins. Like I come when I’m in a rush its a fast food place not a wine and dine. I ordered a burger it came with no meat wtff… Don’t eat here.

Trashed.
Slow.
Ten minutes for ice cream, and we were served before 4 others.
Kid behind the counter seemed under lead and under trained. Nice kid though.
Guy in a wheelchair just gave up and left.
This place used to be good, but not so much now.

Wow, I really like this store! The location was clean, the lines were short, and the food was hot and fresh! But what I was most impressed by was the staff! They were all really friendly and considerate, and made my visit really special. I would like to give a special shout out to the manager that went out of his way to fill in my Peanuts figure collection! What a nice guy!
What a great place, I really hope I can visit here more often in the future! What an absolutely awesome experience! Two thumbs way, way up!

Yikes please management please reconsider hiring help to clean/​wipe this location down…

lady in the window drive thru was a bitch giving attitude. Gave me a mango pineapple smoothie half full! And she got mad that I told her.

This is the WORST McDonald’s in the area. I received horrible customer, long wait times and DIDN’T GET MY FOOD!!! I HAD TO HONK TO GET ANYONE TO COME NEAR THE WINDOW only to say «we’re making fresh beef» 6 feet from the window. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and NEVER GOT MY FOOD!
I wrote an email to customer service and received a form letter in response. Then I responded to it and got no response. Two weeks later I was sent an automatic email asking me to do a survey on my complaint experience. I filled out the survey and never got a response.
I have not had McDonald’s since this incident and have no plans to ever return. Clearly the corporation doesn’t value customers anymore.

The ice box has beginning signs of mold growing on it. This McDonald’s needs to replace the ice machines or people will get sick. The cripy chicken sandwich was dry and had no flavor to it.

I experience many of the same things others are saying about this Mc D’s. Boy how disappointing to such a great brand. Maybe their staff needs one of those «Hamburger U» refreshers?
Not good when Mc D’s is struggling in certain areas as a whole.

So they raise the price of the drinks from a buck!!! Screw them! Lower the price for a bit then jack it up! Losers!

One star is too many

We were heading toward Costa Mesa and spotted this McD’s right before the 91 entrance. It was about 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon, and there were about 5 cars ahead of us. It took forever for the line to move, and it would have been faster (?) to get out of the car and order inside.
Not a fan of this drive thru. Yes, I was lazy, but apparently the employees seem to be just as I am.

Terrible, terrible place. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I mean I know it’s a McDonald’s so what should I expect right!!! Still. I will never spend a penny at this place.

The worst service ever bells ringing, Cindy horse playing with the cook and 6 customers waiting to order. Pass the experience here and go to Sonics. Much better service.

Had to stop for a quick bite and I wish I hadn’t. The line was short and the order was taken correctly on the board. Upon arriving to the window to pick up my food I was handed my cheeseburger in my bag and waited for my drink. About a minute later I was asked «what did you order?» I’m thinking to myself, if you don’t know then what are you handing me and why are you here. I said «medium Dr Pepper» and was handed my drink. Oh boy was this a great coke. Yes, I said coke because I did not receive Dr Pepper. Based on other ratings it sounds par for the course.

2) Dinning room closes at 11pm, Drivue-​thru is 24-​hours.
3) Lots of stragglers in the area, so lock your vehicle.

Award goes to the biggest dumb ass manager on duty on April 4, 2015 at around 6:20pm at McDonald’s on Lemon. He can’t even exchange an ice tea (which was suppose to be unsweetened tea) without being a complete asshole. Realizing I got sweet tea instead of regular tea I drove back into the drive thru to change it. Told them what happen at the order window the guy says drive thru to the 2^nd window they’ll take care of it. And this is where I meet Genius. After showing him my receipt, sweet tea and a brief explanation of their mistake, he says «he can’t do refills in the drive thru.“So I told him to trash it its not a refill, I can’t drink sweet tea it’s not what I ordered. He says, «I can’t take trash through the drive thru window either.» Then he just stares at me with a smart ass grin. I said it’s not a refill when the cups full it’s an exchange. I just want regular unsweetened ice tea like I ordered. He says «give me your cup and what was it again?» STUPID!
Hey McDonald’s, when you promote people make sure they’re qualified for the job. It wouldn’t hurt to read the other bad reviews as well. Obviously, it’s not just me.

THE WORST Mcdonalds anywhere, hands down.
Unilocal needs to allow ‘No Stars’ for this dump.
I kid you not… Customer Service is a 1 on scale of 1 – 100, food is cold or old, and ice cream is too soft.
But worst of all is the staff’s horrible crude n rude attitude and gang-​banger behavior/​mentality.
They also cannot get a simple order passed on from first window to pickup window, which leads to losing your money and food.
After giving this dump four chances to redeem itself, I’ve decided to spare the punk manager’s life and never return. Furthermore, my entire company and family will ceasev.
BEWARE: Zombie-​like creatures also work there, or they’re stoned.
(May God save their owner & manager before they’re closed down by the Health Dept. or laid to rest by their former employers)
Stay Clear or pay the piper, folks…

McDonald’s on Lemon and the 91 Freeway is a great location and convent in the Lowe’s shopping center right off the freeway.
It’s relatively new with a nice décor with several booths.
No playground is a negative.

Double line drive thru I’m not sold.
This is usually a diet coke stop when I am at lowes.
The line moves fast.

I honestly thought they were going to mess up our complicated breakfast order but everything was right! I don’t understand the 2 drive through window concept because you still end up still up in one line for the window. –_​–
For some reason today, our breakfast was AMAZING, everything was still hot when we got home and everything was right! The cashier even gave us a separate bag for our sauces!
