My dear friend went to have a cortisone injection in his spine a couple days ago. He began experiencing severe headaches that lasted 3 – 4 days. Finally he went to his pcp, who told him to go to the ER if his headaches persisted after a couple of hours. A couple of hours later, still a headache, he heads to ER. He is informed after HOURS of waiting in the ER that he has fluid spilling out of his spine, causing headaches, due to the epidural. They are unable to further assist him and refer him back to this crap hole. He arrives this morning, where he humbly tells the staff what happened and he needs to see doctor to get it fixed, and the lady that works here immediately begins to give him attitude, telling him«This is not an urgent care» and«the doctor is very busy» and finally«You will have to wait if you want to see the doctor». My friend is turned away. He has been to the ER3 times. The lack of EMPATHY that my friend was given after they injured his spine is atrocious. If you are in the profession of HEALTCARE, then CARE about peoples HEALTH. ORQUIT. My friend called back and asked for the name of the witch who mistreated him. Apparently it is Rosy.

I had an apt set for 3:30 they called me the day before and asked me to come in at 2 so I show up at 1:45 and first appearance the office is small and the rug they had was disgusting. The staff is dressed as if they are on a casual day wearing sandals and a Anaheim ducks T-shirt. I sign in and fill out all the paper work and than sit there and listen as the office staff is talking so loud giving out birthdays and names over the phone yet everyone in the tiny waiting room can hear, guess they don’t know about pt confidentiality. I finally ask at 2:45 how much longer, as I now have been there for an hour and 4 people who came In after me have gone back, and of course I’m told very soon your next. Until someone else who just walked in is taken back, in the mean time the other office girl is on the phone arguing with someone over a procedure being denied and how it’s not their fault and they have no control over it, which may be true but the whole waiting room doesn’t need to hear this. I finally walked out at 3:15 with out being seen for my 2:00 apt. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone

I had an appointment and referral for a doctor Amir Pouradib or Dr. Kais Sharif. They had me going to see some personal assistant named Teresa Febrizio– NOT A DOCTORATALL. My referral was to see a doctor when in fact I am not. I am in a lot of pain and I really want help. I was so excited to go to my appointment and maybe get some real advice. Now I have to wait months to see someone else… Ridiculous. I’m so glad I called and asked a lot of questions or I would have been even more pissed.

My appt was at 11 and so unprofessional that they seen everyone but me til 1:05 and after being unorganized took me back to tell me dr is running behind and I would have to deal with his assistant Theresa Difabrizio, which she said«by law they can’t treat fibromyalgia patients.» This dr office, is small stuffy and staff was rude… Poor excuse of a practice!!! Don’t go to this place!!!
