After two phone calls to Plantronics customer service, I found this company from when I said I wanted a local company for a high end home office headset. Joanne went way out of her way for me, and found that the part to make the headset work that TWO Plantronics employees said was correct, was wrong. Drove over, they had the part in stock and for $ 9.00 the new headset finally works. Crazy that they know more than the company reps. Highly recommend them! One note — you may be on hold awhile as they help who they start with first and are excellent with support. Don’t give up or get frustrated — know when it’s your turn you’ll get great help too. Old fashioned customer support.
