So I am giving this store a star simply because the other two ‘sales people’ were polite and decent. I happened to be in Anaheim for a family function. I have been carrying a Radio Shack Gift Card that as far as my research online stated that they were still redeemable online and in store. I drove by and saw that it had «Sprint» & Radio Shack all over the windows and above the door. Surely enough after I greeted the three sales people; I inquired which store was it, «Radio Shack & Sprint».
‘it depends which door (jokingly) you walk into’ torted the male, Alex.
Needless to say I thought that was funny. I began to inquire about checking the gift card balance. The young man responded, that they were not accepting cards or credit cards anymore. At this time one of the females from the «Sprint» sided walked around glared at me then rolled her eyes at the other girl, like how dare I ask. I asked the male if he could check at least since I had understood the gift cards were still valid. As I stood waiting, the rude female (who had a name badge on but covered by her disheveled hair) snickered, «Mira» and muttered something under her breath while glaring at me to the other female at the desk (again) on the «Sprint» side.
The male «Alex, politely helped me and said it wasn’t giving me the option to put it in the computer. Anyhow I proceeded to walk around to glance at the merchandise and the two girls began to laugh and talk in Spanish about me. As I left I told them thank you in Spanish. I became very upset as the girl, maybe her name was Lizbet or Izbet smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes as I left.
I came back in and told her maybe you shouldn’t treat or speak bad about your customers in Spanish since they might understand what you’re saying. She refused to give the store number, the manager’s name or supervisor in charge of her. She said leaning like a chola on the store counter arms crossed and legs crossed arguing with me. I am bewildered that this ESL SALESPERSON with sharpie eyebrows, powder blue eyeshadow and nasty attitude had the nerve to continue arguing with me after I asked her again how do you get in touch with the supervisor on duty.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Be aware this girl and guy. I just got off work walked in both watching me like im going to steal something. I asked for help made me wait 15 mins exactly both of them acting like there on the phone dont know why. Long story short when it comes for me to pay thay ask me if I had coupons both started to giggle. I grabbed my hard earned money and walked away I should of walked earlier when thay were acting like thay were on the phone. Would never go back its a spanish guy with glasses gray shirt and a Spanish girl with pimples. My name is Tom .H I own two business these two give radio Shack a bad name I would not have those two employees work at my business if thay paid me to keep them.

I called in to look for a product I had ordered. The kid on the phone said it had not arrived yet. I told him that I had a tracking number and as soon as I said that he said oh F-​CK! I was shocked!!! I didnt even know what to say. Then I called back later after they could not find it. On the second phone call the next representative said
SH-​T twice while on the phone with me!!! What kind of show are these people running?
Do not buy anything from them online! Your order will be lost!

The fob on my car has stopped working. I figure a battery is needed. Radio is where I always go for the odd battery. Before selling me a new battery, the guy tests my old battery. Turns out the old battery is fine. The little circuit board inside is cracked and one of the solders is loose.
VERY nice of them to not sell me something I didn’t need.

Came here to buy a cell phone a year ago and was attended by a girl and a guy.
They both were very friendly, very informative, and patiently answered all of my questions.
I went back there a month ago and didn’t see them. The «new» workers were nice. Not friendly, not rude, just there.
