Very rude, took WAY too long to get back to me by email with a proof, phone systems don’t work, and told me to come pick up my sign one day before event and then weren’t even there when I came. On two separate occasions they claimed to have sent me emails that I magically didn’t receive. I finally complained and they hung up on me. Seems like there’s a bunch of kids running this place.

I’ve shopped around several times before ordering a channel letter sign, and no one was able to offer a better price. Since then, I’ve worked with them for all of my business needs. From channel letter signs, to banners, business cards, and stickers. They have a small but nice looking showroom with a bunch of different items to help you advertise.
