Starbucks

This place is always busy but the help from a Bartisa named victor is always a pleasure!

One star because it’s a Starbucks. Another star because they have tables near plugs and staff is nice. Missing three stars because they let all the panhandlers and shady people sit in half the chairs and make regular customers very very uncomfortable. I felt like my purse was going to be stolen. I was asked for money as I sat there by the guy or girl who seemed to be a regular sitting without shoes on at the table next to me! At least the shady dude who came in with a bag of stuff fell asleep– too bad he didn’t pull his pants up before drifting off. Worst Starbucks ever. And staff was totally aware because they kept waking shady dude up telling him they were closing in 30, 15, 5 mins. If I wasn’t rushed to complete my work I would have left. Worst Starbucks ever. Shame because it used to be a good busy location. Heck, I even got engaged here one rainy night with my now husband because we had a meeting here 12 years ago. Like, this is the Starbucks that got away.

This Starbucks is relatively small. The layout does not help. It feels cramped in here. One of their high tables with stools was broken. The floor was messy as well as the windows.

It’s Friday, February 19. 6:50 AM. The staff are slow and sloppy this morning. They need to stop talking talking to each other and focus!

My wife comes here and every time I come with her the floors need a sweep and a mop and he Windows need some windex, the exterior walk way needs to be hosed off this is all the time. the bath rooms are alright and the employees are nice and moving with enthusiasm and I feel bad giving a 2 star for the employees sake

If you want your Starbucks coffee made RIGHT, THIS is the place to go. Yes, no drive thru and its in an awkward spot, but you can bet their baristas always make your coffee right. At least, that has been my experience. Been to the drive thru one down the road a couple times; their lines are horrible (ppl be ordering like 20 drinks in the drive thru, like, really??), & u wait for 20 min only to end up with one poorly made coffee. Anyhow, since that point, we choose this one over convenience of a drive thru. It’s worth it.

Area is kind of sketchy but the service is fast, a little too fast if you ask me. I ordered an iced hazelnut macchiato and it tasted diluted and it wasn’t even cold. Since I was in a hurry I didn’t bother to get it fixed so I just drank up that room temperature watered down drink. I guess it can happen when they focus more on speed than quality.

I asked for venti green tea late no ice and they gave me about half filled venti green tea latte. When i asked why they only filled it about half way, the guy said «I can’t give you more because you asked for no ice and I can’t give you more milk, but I can give you a smaller cup». I always order this, first time I had something like this happen. Ridiculous…

Location is in a convenient street and shopping area. Cashier lady with the hair tail was shy but polite nonetheless. Drink took a fair amount of time to be made (Tall Mocha Frap) but is consistent to franchise standards. The spice shakers were empty however and I didn’t see the attendant refill it. The place was fairly busy though.
The only gross unattractive quality of this place is the constant loitering by homeless vagrants and shady people within the vicinity. I witness an individual approach several customers in line asking if they were interested to exchange his gift card for cash.
Despite the setback the location isn’t bad and as a local I’m more than obliged to return for a quick coffee or study session.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Cashier had a hard time paying attention to our order so we had to say it three times (venti tea and a mocha, no whip — not terribly complicated). Tea ended being barely warm but didn’t notice until we left.
The place was filthy too. We only came as we are from out of town and went to the bank across the parking lot. Yuck!

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Won’t be coming back any time soon. 3 baristas and I’m still been waiting 10 mins.

Went there tonight and the lady had to make my drink over n over. I ordered a Vent Caramel Frappuccino with 2 added shots and it still tasted just like sugar. It was gross. I finally gave up n went to a different Starbucks where they always make my drink just right! Not coming here here again thats for sure.

I love Starbucks ! But this location is a little slow, I ordered a tea and it took 20 mins just to give me my order. It’s not my go too location !!

I rarely do any work in Starbucks. But today I found myself meeting with a advisee I was mentoring. Located at the corner of Brookhurst and Ball in Anaheim near L & L. Plenty of parking.
This starbucks is tiny compared to others. Not the ideal place to work or study. 6 square tables total and 5 small round bar like tables. Most of the tables seat 2 people. All the tables were full. Mostly by a few strange people like others mentioned and some solo customers nursing their drinks, pretending to do some work. I was one of them. But I took advantage of my free gold card refills on iced coffee and the power outlets for my devices.
Plenty of outlets for charging and free wifi. No phone stations like some Sbux have.
Service was here was A okay. 2 employees in the early evening hours busily attending customers. Everyone was super friendly. Surprisingly the display case was still full of sweet treats at this hour.

Busy Starbucks. Came at 9 and it was packed.
Located in a big plaza.
Workers were decent. Got my coffee pretty quick.
Boo to the plain red hoilday cups!

This place is always always slow. Either they have too many orders, which is not true or the workers are super slow .
I have been to many other Starbucks and my orders are always fast compare to this place. This place is bottom 2 on my list. If you are planning to get your coffee here, please make an 15 mins extra or else you will be late to your appointment.

Dirtiest Starbucks ever! Bathrooms were so disgusting I wouldn’t consume a beverage or food from here even it was FREE! Gross! Not sure how they passed any health inspections.

Back to 5+ stars. Love all the girls here. Not only they remembers my name, what I always get… I don’t have to say what I want. They get it ready. Super friendly, super sweet. Love, love, love

By far, the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Usually I’m lenient and understand if they’re a bit behind. But it wasn’t very busy when I went. Extremely slow and inefficient. I ordered my iced coffee and it took over 5 minutes for them to complete my order. The staff were just standing there, texting and gossiping. Never coming back.
In addition, they don’t fill the drinks to the rim. I noticed it on several drinks they had at the counter.

It didn’t seem really busy. I ordered three drinks: a peach green tea lemonade, a green tea frappuccino, and a mocha frappuccino. The cashier was very nice. I had two rewards and I used one, thinking they would use the one that would expire first but no, they used the one that expires a month from now. I always thought the oldest one was to be used first but oh well.
The guy making the drinks seemed angry. He had earphones in his ears. I got my drinks out quick but they weren’t made right and he left before I could question them. Before he left he tossed me a drink carrier and that was the last I’ve seen of him. He didn’t say anything at all.
None of my drinks were filled to the top. There were at least two inches of room.
He didn’t shake the peach green tea lemonade. He layered it all in the cup and swished it once.
The mocha frappuccino was half blended. It’s supposed to be blended for ten seconds, it was literally in the blender for 4 seconds. There were ice chunks in there that were hard for me to chew down.
