Subway

The employees ARE NOT PROFICIENT in understanding people when are orders are being placed, they make you copy yourself more then once, I hate having to repeat myself for someone else more then once. I don’t like the attitudes of the employees from this subway, they need to improve majorly.

This subway seems too get worse and worse everytime I come in.
Let me start of by saying the workers there, some could care less about you on what you order, and just in general the customer service sucks, I’ve been coming here and in the begging the girls where nice and now half these girls that I see now I’ve never seen before.
Couple weeks ago I ordered my food through drive through I repeated my order too the girl several times and I get home, nothing compared too what I had told her, how do you get wheat bread mixed up with white? How do you get Chipotle sauce mixed up with mustard mayo salt and pepper? SERIOUSLY ??
I came in today took them 10 minutes too realize I was waiting in the drive through they kept walking by as I saw them through the mirror and no one bothered looking over, took them almost all together 15 minutes just to get my order and drink together
This subway needs too get there things together and why have a drive through if none of the girls will be wearing a headset half the time.

This subway rocks! It’s my regular spot to take food to work. I love that they have a drivethru but people please don’t order 10 sandwiches in the drivethru
Maria the very friendly manager is the best. She always greets me and makes my order perfect every time.
The place looks clean and the ingredients are always fresh.

Awful Awful Awful!!! The bread tasted old and stale. What a waste who wants to eat a stale sandwich. I seem to always have issues at this location with their food quality or customer service.

1^st attempt: Don’t advertise you have a drive-​through if you’re going to completely ignore the drive-​through. I drove out of my way so I wouldn’t have to get my toddler out of the car for a good Subway sandwich. After waiting five minutes at the speaker and I drove to the window so that I could stare at the two employees inside and be ignored. I decided if I was going to have to get out of my car this subway was not going to get my business.
2^nd attempt (yes I went back): delicious and easy.

Came in with fam near closing.
Customer service was solid.
They hoooked us up fat!
Recommend trying the Italian herb bread.

Amazing customer service, very clean and very good quality of food, this subway is by far the best one I have been too.

The all time best subway around in my and my friends opinions. Maria is always helpful and friendly and always there to give all who walk in to subway, A great Subway experience with a smile :). There are a few other employees that wok there that also give us an awesome and welcoming subway experience. Thanks for being there Maria and your helpers, your awesome keep up the great work. :)

I am a regular here and I had a issue one time which I figured was a mistake. The owner called me and offered to comp my meal next time I went in there and asked that I change my review. Well, I went in there today to pick up my food, and go figure Maria still thought it was cute to laugh and make it difficult to get my food and go. Oh yeah and once I got there they decided to only comp part of my meal unlike what the owner promised me. I will never go back there and I advise nobody waste their time here. There is another Subway on Lincoln a couple blocks away and they have great food and service. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this Subway franchise store. I don’t believe anybody should be treated with the disrespect I was shown for the second time. I also have a 9 min video of my experience here and would gladly share it with anybody who wants a copy just inbox me. I don’t want anything else from this store, including a phone call from the owner. Obviously she can’t hire decent employees which makes me question her character as an owner.

Very great service love the staff they are very friendly very great food i have been here many years and my order is always correct love the vegetables always fresh and nice well-​cutted i recommend this subway, i have been to most of subway in the o. c and this is my favorite one:)

Don’t go here. Sure they have a convenient drive thru, what a novelty. This location has poor customer service, food quality is low, dirty and smells. There’s a better, cleaner location that is open 24hrs on Katella and Euclid.
Note to management, improve your staff customer service and food handling. If you don’t care about the customer or the food you are serving, just close up shop.

Wow its such a calm and nice place and i had fun in that place so yea i am a fan of this place

The sandwiches are fresh and tasty, but the customer service is the best. Subways should use this staff as a training team! I pass 3 subways on my way home, but will wait to get my food here. Thank you for the smiles and amazing service ladies and gentlemen!

I’m a huge fan of Subway and go all the time. I went to this location for the first time today because I was in the area, and I can honestly say I’m never going back. I was on disbelief with the customer service. The girl who helped me with my order was okay and seemed to be doing most of the work. She didn’t seem to be very happy but at least tried to be friendly. There was another guy helping a customer in front of me and his attitude was so disturbing to watch. First, he looked like he was on drugs (blood shot eyes). Secondly, he was so rude to the customer he was helping. He was really short with his questions and kept rolling his eyes at her. He really looked like he didn’t want to be there. I understand everyone has a bad day but at least pretend to be nice to customers. I felt really bad for the lady…
People should not act like that at work.

It seems as though the drive-​thru takes longer than most fast food places and the need to constant repeat of one’s order. Their hours indicate close at 10am and the drive-​thru light is on as well as the open sign, but they are busy cleaning up and obvious ready to close. I go elsewhere and they are my last option. It’s best to go here during the day and not at night.

This Subway has A DRIVE-​THRU !!
They should all have a drive-​thru, it’s great !
The sandwiches are really good, as usual.
The service was very fast and clean.
I will be definitely going back.

I ordered my usual 6″ veggie delight on wheat, and the lady making it seemed so disinterested. I had to tell her around 3 times what I wanted on my sandwich. I’ll be back here, and hopefully things will be faster next time.

I ordered the Six Inch Roast Beef on Italian Bread for $ 4.50.
The Roast Beef was very good and went well with the Italian Bread.
This Drive Thru has great Cold Cuts.

I got off work early on Christmas Eve and was headed over to my dad’s in Anaheim to pay him a visit and drop off some gifts. I decided to get us some lunch. First I was going to drop by Kareem’s to pick up kebabs but it was closed. Then I was going to pick us up sandwiches from Quiznos but it was closed also! I noticed a subway across the street and headed over. This is the first subway I’ve seen with a drive-​thru, but I went inside to order.
The inside is so tiny and it was PACKED. It was pure chaos of people crowding around waiting for their turn. When it was my turn the lady was very efficient and quick. I had the «Spicy Italian» on jalapeño cheddar bread with all the trimmings. I got a turkey, bacon, swiss for my dad on regular bread. They didn’t have this on the menu (the club was turkey and roast beef, WTF?) but the lady made it for me anyways. So that was nice. Both footlongs were only $ 5 bucks each plus a small charge for the bacon… «five dolla foot long… fiiiive dolla foot long». God I hate those commercials.
Anyways, I really enjoyed my sub. Nothing «spicy» about it but I really liked the flavor. Bread was nice and soft and loaded with jalapenos. My dad enjoyed his sandwich too!
