It is pretty tough to make a bad sandwich but this store managed to make the worst sandwich that I can remember. To top it off the staff they have on duty right now is not very patron friendly. Does not seem to care about the store or the customer and the product tells the whole story… Not we will return to this one

Stale bread as of late, not sure why as this place has lots of traffic. Friendly staff greets you on arrival. Sandwiches would taste a lot better if the bread didn’t taste like it sat around for a week.

I see so many reviews with people upset over the customer service. I come here often with my 8 year old and 10 year old. I let the boys order their own sandwiches and the employees are always patient with them. I have never had a complaint about how we were treated. I have a feeling maybe the customer service is related to how the customer interacts with the employee. Living in this area the people tend to have«entitled» attitude and can be demanding(aka rude). I can only imagine them telling the employee no move that tomato over an inch and put that olive there. Oh can you spread the mustard I don’t like the line in the middle. So try treating them with respect as well and they may share it with you. As for the food it is a typical Subway, not much else to say.

We’ve lived in the area for five years now and this is our local Subway and have not been disappointed yet. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and have always got our orders right… My son and I actually wanted to take the time to write a review today since the female sandwich artist was exceptionally patient with my son’s always rather odd and complicating order… They took our double coupons… and even gave us scissors to cut them out… To top it off, they also pulled out chairs and a table for us to sit outside. Of course the food was Subway great! Thanks guys!!! :)

I really wish this subway was better. I still go here every week because it is around the corner from me… and the only reason I am not giving it a 1 star. Every home I’ve lived in has had a better neighborhood subway. The bread has NEVER been fresh one time out of the hundreds of visits. I really don’t understand why /how the white bread and 9 grain honey oat is dry 100% of the time. It still has the classic subway flavor… just not fresh =/

UTTERLYDISAPPOINTING! My family and I have been coming to this establishment for years as it was our weekly tradition for the past fourteen years. We WON’T be coming back after today. My mother and I had gone in to get ourselves some lunch as well as the contractors we had at our home. It was lunch hour and the usual lunch rush was there, no surprise. We understood it would take awhile and that made perfect sense to us. What didn’t make sense was how chaotic the workers behind the assembly line were. You had a young lady whom apprently could not grasp the english language very well as she repeatedly asked us «Sauce?» and we verbally said«No» while shaking our heads with corresponding gesture. So she took that as the green light to drown the sanwich in sauce. Then, because we were ordering multiple sandwiches, they started having the people behind us, go in front of us. Which would make sense if YOUDIDN’T STARTMESSINGUPTHEIRORDERSTOO! I watched as they made my sandwich and then THEYGAVEITTOANOTHERCUSTOMER! I watched as she sat down unrolled it and furrowed her eyesbrows in confusion. It clearly was not the item she wanted nor ordered. She attempted to reach somebody at the counter about it, but they all ignored her for the other customers in line. So she tossed it and left. Once we had 4 of the 5 sandwiches, they bagged us and told us to have a good day. Of course we informed them that we had one more that they had already charged us for. We were asked to wait to the side as they made us a 5th sandwich. Then we watched as they wrapped it and set it on another customer’s tray! The cashier saw this as the lady went to leave with her tray, he apologized and took the sandwich off her tray and handed it to us. Once we made the five minute drive home, low and behold WEDIDNOTGET1OFTHE5SANDWICHESWEORDERED! We had 5 sandwiches that we did not order, but the staff stil charged us all the EXTRAS we had purchased, including bacon, avacado, extra cheese, extra meat and the charge to have 3 of them toasted. Not 1 sandwich was toasted or had ANY of the above on ANY of them! I have food allergies so I didn’t get to have a bite of ANY of the sandwiches that Subway felt like giving us. The staff was in a frantic state of chaos, couldn’t understand what ‘no’ meant and I paid over $ 35 dollars for food I didn’t order nor get to eat. No lunch for me today. We are offically done with this place. The workers at our house are not happy and will NOT be getting lunch here whenever they have work in the area. My dad will be sharing our experience at the firestation. I will share it with my friends.

The food is fine here but the service sucks! I just went there and there was only 1 person ahead of me and about 4 worker I stood there for about 8 minutes before anyone came to start making my sandwich. When the guy with the black framed glasses started to make my order he didn’t even say hi welcome to subway what can I get for you just stood there and stared at me until I started to tell him what I wanted he in fact never said a word to me. They just need to be more polite when people come in.

I love this Subway. They have a the best assortment of fresh veggies and keep everything clean. The service is phenomenal and cheerful. The sandwich artists know how to make a mean sandwich. I like to eat in the establishment as it is cool, clean and they have great music. I am very picky when it comes to subway and this one passes my test. Thank you for caring about your customers.

No real complaints. Other than a bit of a longer wait than expected but in their defense they were busy. 4 stars is about right. As for cleanliness I didn’t notice anything wrong with the place. Staff was friendly.

Terrible service. I was expecting a quick sandwich being short on time. The«sandwich artists» created the most hideous sandwich dumping what i asked creating an excess of everything. I recommend avoiding this particular chain due to lousy and poor service.

Great food. Good service. Clean. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. It’s one of the better Subways around. Only complaint is poor management. Senior citizens should NOT have to ask for the discount when it’s obvious.

A great place to pick up a quick order during lunch. They are quick no matter what size of a line they get and they always have everything on stock ready for order. I have been to a few other Subway’s and seem to catch them in between making bread. Not this Subway. They plan ahead and are ready with all ingredients for any rush hour.

DONOTCOMEHERE! Horrible customer service! Went here last Friday & they charged me for an extra sub. When I looked and receipt and notified the lady working, she rolled her eyes and she grabbed a $ 5 Bill from the register — no apology given for doing this. Then when I asked for the sales tax they charged back she had the audacity to say«really?!» As she took the change out of drawer. Never an apology and never did she rectify her til to show a refund. NEVER going there again and NEVEREVERRECOMMENDINGTHISPLACE

This subway restaurant has the WORSTSERVICEEVER!!! The employees are very rude and unprofessional!!! They barely give you any time to think, and God forbid you have a question for them, they will answer in the rudest way possible. Also, if you want to use a coupon they trick you into thinking that the item is included, when they are NOT! And you have to pay extra! The place is also very badly maintained and is dirty. I am never visiting this subway again! do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY!!! 0 stars!!!

I order lunch for work a lot. I prefer ordering from Togo’s. But, sometimes people at work want Subway. I don’t like placing phone orders with Subway because they require a credit card over the phone and when the food is picked up, it has to be picked up by the card holder. I use my company card, but don’t always have time to get the food. But, due to their silly policy, I have to, because they won’t let my sales manager go in there for me, even if I told them over the phone that I give permission for him to pick up the food. Lame. Yesterday I called to place an order for some catering platters. I was immediately put«on hold» which meant she put the phone down and I could hear everything going on in there. After waiting about two minutes she picked up the phone and told me «You need to call back in like five minutes because we are busy.» No thanks Subway. You just lost out on a catering order. I went ahead and called it in to Togo’s. I didn’t have to give them my credit card, and they won’t care if I send somebody else to pick up the food.
