Subway

Since when do certain locations only have tuna for the kids meal??? Worse customer service ever… went in ordering 2 kids meals, 1 tuna and 1 ham and the employees stated they don’t serve tuna at this location for kids meals. I worked for subway for 4 years and never in my life did we deny a tuna kids meal upon request.

The girls that work there are really nice. The bathroom is clean and the veggies are fresh

I totally love this location. The service is great even when they are completely slammed with people and they don’t skimp. My last run in with Subway was in LA and a complete disaster so this time I ordered double meat on my sub… no need because man oh man are they generous at this location. Maybe its because of my last visit but this one made me remember why I love subway. I think the guy that worked with us was a manager, I can’t be positive as he was not wearing a name tag or anything but needless to say, he was on top of everything and very nice. Seemed to take charge of the others so maybe a shift lead at the very least. Regardless, I’ll be back even if this location is a bit out of my way.

This subway is clean and quiet. Staff were nice.
Cons:
No bathroom for the public.
They skimp on some meats and some sauces. My fault for not watching closer.

I am giving this Subway two stars because I had been going to this location for years and never had a problem, until about 6 months ago.
This location now offers a free cookie to students.
I went to the high school down the street and since I was in marching band I lived off of this place! I went more than once a month and the only reason I didn’t like it was because the line was so long (mostly my fellow band members) other than that I had no problems. The employees were always very friendly. But they could be a little stingy about the cookies and ran out fast. There also aren’t a lot of tables but I hardly ever ate my food there. They do charge tax.
I had stopped going because I just couldn’t afford to eat out all the time so I took a few months off of subway. When I returned my experience was horrible! I have no idea what happened to this place. I went with a few friends who wanted to try the pizza. They gave me money and asked me to order for them as they grabbed a table. I was super hungry and the line was really long (not full of band kids this time) By the time I got to the front the woman making the sandwiches was practically whispering. I could not hear her at all. I asked for two peperoni pizzas, she took 10 minutes putting it together while creepily staring at me and the rest of the line. In my head I thought «well she’s looking at the line maybe she’ll move a bit faster?» but no she then slowly made her way over to the little oven and put the pizzas in. She did not come back to me to finish my order she then went to the next person and asked very quietly what they wanted. The person did not hear her so the woman continued to ignore me and turned around to the little oven and had her back to the growing line of customers. As I am cussing this woman out in my mind and trying to get her attention, a woman who was in the back asks for the next customer. The customer asked her what came with a kids meal, the employee looked completely confused, says «uhh» and points at the menu above her. Under the kids meal price, in teeny tiny letters, is what is included. It took other customers in line to tell this customer what it said, instead of the employee who should know what is on the menu. When the woman making my friends pizzas finally turned around she immediately told me the price and I’m standing there thinking «what the heck? I still have more to my order. what ever I am not about to stand around for another 30 minutes for a sandwich!» so I give her the money and took the pizzas. I then went down a few stores to my favorite little water store and grabbed a bag of chips to hold me over until I got home.
That same day I complained about my experience and waited for something as simple as an apology. It has been over 6 months and I still have not received an apology. Not sure if I want to go back any time soon.

This is the worst subway I’ve been too! The Indian girl was with a horrible attitude and she made my food disgusting I regret going there !

I gave it three stars because it’s subway the food is good. Now the customer service not so good, no eye contact. I just went in there and ordered a meatball footlong. After she dug through the meatballs she realize she was one meatball short. Instead of offering to make more she asked if i wanted some pepperoni on my sandwich with my meatballs are you kidding me pepperoni with a meatball sub sandwich don’t be so lazy and just offer to go in the back and make some more meatballs. No name tags or nothing so I couldn’t get her name horrible customer service.

Compared to other subways, this subway is much better! The lines are never to long, the meats and veggies look clean and maintained, and the employees are courteous and kind. The thing that caught my eye, and made me give this place 5 stars was the fact that they switch out there gloves between customers. This happened on both of my visits there. Granted it’s a not a big deal, but following a policy as subtle as that just allows for the implication that they must be stingy on all the policies, hence a great and fresh subway.

It’s as great as I remember it when I went to school right down the street at savanna only thing is they don’t havea public restroom food is great & team is polite.

Ugh really bad customer service. employees look lazy and are rude. They don’t even offer free cookies on Tuesday’s. other locations do and they even tax you here! my sub is usually 5.07 but today it was 5.37 ya!!! lol.

This place by far is better than any other Subway I have been to. Everything is fresh, clean and never busy. Very courteous and know how to treat customers with respect, which i am BIG on. Will be returning tomorrow !
