Omg I just got the worst service ever. I came in to wash. what I do is I change my money before I put in my clothes for the fact that I find it easier to just put the change in my pocket and throw in my clothes n e ways she’s like you need to bring your clothes in first then change your money I’m like excuse me. I’m gonna wash! So she decided to argue with me and then to top it off she’s telling me what kind of language to speak!!! Wth she’s like you speak Spanish to me don’t speak english??? What the heck omg I never been treated with so my much disrespect. I asked for the owner number and she said she wasn’t gonna give it to me she was in charge and I had no business talking to the owner. Omg so if the owner see this please call me she refused to give me your number!!! I

Been a while since I’d been here– looks clean and bright! Newer washers and dryers– love the stainless steel look and all of the TVs. Saw owner in the store and he was good guy who said his only rule was that everyone left happy with clean clothes. The prices were good and had a ton of BIG front load washers. Definitely the best laundry in the area– by a mile!

The place is very clean and they have an attendant on site. A very nice, helpful lady. Their machines seem pretty new which is cool. However i take away 2 points for their high prices & lack of wifi. I usually spend $ 4 total in other laundromats but at this place i ended up spending $ 6.75. Dryers give you 7 minutes only per $ 0.25 instead of the regular 15 minutes you get elsewhere. So am like if you’re gonna charge me extra you should atleast have free wifi.

The machines are decent and so are the prices. They thoroughly clean your clothes and get the job done. The dryers are well maintained and seem almost new. The 5 stars really go to the workers that up keep the place. I once washed my clothes late and witnessed them wipe all the counters & washers, sweep & mop the floors, and put all the baskets away. Not to mention how courteous they were to let me finish folding my clothes even after closing time. The arcade ate money though. But Zankou Chicken is a couple doors down so that’s a win.

Love this laundry mat. The lady in the morning is so hardworking and keeps the place super clean. I gave it four stars instead of five, because it gets pretty dirty in the evenings.

I usually LOVE this laundromat… its big. Its clean. There are plenty of machines and everything is usually in good working order. But I went there yesterday and one of their machines DESTROYED an entire load of whites. :( I looked into see if there were any darks and there wasn’t, so I don’t know what happened, but everything is splotched including some very nice items. Pretty disappointed. I’m trying to bleach it out and its not getting it out. Fantastic. I guess just don’t do whites here, or hope you don’t get a dirty machine.

I like that the washing machines are only .50 cents. The bad thing was the blaring music going from two stores down for the whole time I was there.(Work out place I think). There really wasn’t anywhere for me to sit inside so I sat in my car. Lame. The other facility down the street was empty when I went I think it was a weekend.

Considering its Xmas Eve, I’m only rating this laundromat with 4stars but has potential to possibly change my rating in the future. 1. Major pts for being open after 3pm on Xmas Eve! 2. Not crowded(most likely due to it being Xmas Eve), but if you’re like me, I’d prefer not to do my laundry in a packed laundromat so looks like I lucked out. 3. Not sure if the staff was prepping for an early closing but they seem to do a pretty decent job keeping the place clean. 4. The have 5 flat screen TVs to keep you from being bored while you wait for your clothes. There are vending machines for drinks & snacks. They also have an old school NEO-GEO arcade game, very cool for those that are gamers or have kids. 5. Location is pretty decent. Across the street there’s McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Pepe’s, a Dollar store and a Liquor store in case its that time of the week and you need a drink. Next door there is a self car wash. The laundromat is inside of the Times Square Shopping Plaza amongst a ton of other stores. 6. Prices aren’t too bad. Not sure how much the bigger washers are but I was able to do 4 medium size loads for $ 1 ea., downside on dryers $ 1.25 gets you about 35+ mins or so. All in all overall good experience, but curious how busy this place gets on a «normal» weekday. But for now, this place works for me.
