We run a local property management company and we found Rick Wolff and Wolff’s Appliance Repair on Unilocal about a month ago. One of our tenants had a broken oven so we sent Rick over based on the positive reviews we saw on Unilocal.He went over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right then and there at a great price. It was much cheaper than having to buy a whole new oven for the tenant. Since then we have sent him over to two other properties that we have because we are so happy with his service. Rick is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Not only did he show up sooner than expected, but got right to work and gave me a lot of information moving forward with my fridge. He taught me how it works and things to look for. He didn’t try to give me bs information and was very honest.
Another positive is that he is very personable. It’s not like you have some awkward guy coming to your house, Rick is great to talk to and can keep a conversation going. I would recommend his services to anybody that needs a refrigerator fixed, AC unit or any other household appliances. He was able to tell me about things I didn’t even know were possible were my fridge.

Rick has come out to my home and rental properties to help me with various appliances. Every time he has come out, he has showed up on time and able to solve the problem. His rates are fair and he has great problem solving abilities. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair person.

Rick came out to our house again today. This time we had 2 clogged sinks (bathroom & kitchen). Our kitchen sink had been plugged for a while and would not drain at all. He unclogged both of our sinks, knew what it was that clogged our sinks and then he cleaned the filthy kitchen sink which looks cleaner than ever! The mess he made on the bathroom floor he also cleaned up. Before we found Rick at Wolff’s Appliance Repair we had used a few other people and also a very well known plumbing company for our clogged sinks, etc. They always took a very long time, cost ALOT more, did not clean up and were definitely not as pleasant.
