I am yet to go to this store, however I wanted to. until what happened the other night. I’m assuming they close at about 8pm on Tuesdays. however, when I got there at about 10 minutes until they close the ‘open’ sign was lit and there were about 5 girls sitting on a couch to the left doing nothing but chit chatting. as I get out of the car to walk up to the doors with my mother, one of the girls got up to turn off the open sign, and lock the door in front of me and my mother. I used to work in retail and this is the worst show of customer service I’ve ever personally witnessed, it was unbelievably rude to do to people who were about to be your customers when you’re still supposed to be open. it’s close to christmas and people are shopping late and looking for outfits to wear for holiday parties. not only that, but it will be my 21st birthday on new years day. so they lost what could have potentially been a great sale from two new customers who they failed to remotely even bother to help. so basically if they’re supposed to be closed, they should have their sign off prior to anyone coming to their door.

Everything in there is low quality and overly priced. I am one who likes brands such as Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Levi, etc. They have look alike Valentino shoes. Some items weren’t so bad looking but it’s just terribly overpriced.

I love when I find a good clothing boutique like this place! Great place to find the unique and hard to come by quality clothing that you can’t find anywhere else! :) I love Lulu E. Bebe!

Actually, I like taking my daughters here. Nice clothes for women. The staff is always helpful, and they usually have some kind of special going on, and a bargain rack. Decent dresses that would be cool for homecoming too, and it’s a joy to walk into a store and see some style not over the top skank

Good selection of clothing and good customer service. The employees there are very friendly and helpful. They encourage you to take your time before purchasing something. It is sort of like a Francesca’s in the lower 48. When shopping for cute clothes in Anchorage, I only look here and Nordstom!

I just love lulu’s style, my last work conference my whole wardrobe was purchased from Lulu’s! Coming from NYC i thought it would be so hard finding anything trendy — then I found Lulu E Bebe. There are other boutiques in anchorage yes, but they are completely overpriced for boring low quality pieces. I am always excited to stop in and see the new collections here =] Plus the staff are absolute sweethearts.

I absolutely love going into Lulu’s! The girls who work there are very helpful and make shopping fun. Their customer service is like no other in Anchorage! They give great style advice and always know how to make a cute outfit! The store consistently looks exceptional and they always have new things to show me when I come in. Shopping at Lulu E. Bebe is a one of a kind experience and it’s so hard to leave without something you fall in love with!

I have been going to Lulu’s since I was 17, I found them at a booth at the fair. I fell in love with all their quirky and fashionable items. They had unique bags, one of a kind peacoats, fun earrings, playful clutches and an extensive shoe collection. I bought my senior prom dress there, it was made by a brand called rubber ducky which they carry there regularly. I have always been greeted with respect by the owner, but some of the girls working there have been rude. However, since they opened up their new store, Cosette next door, everyone has been super friendly, she hired a bunch of new girls and the inventory at both places is fantastic. Pricewise both stores can be spendy, but you have to take you time and go through what’s there, sometimes there are items that you adore right at your price point. And if I purchase something there I always walk out thrilled. Cosette is my new favorite though, they have a French«antiqui» vibe, they have housewares, coutoure aprons, and clothing. But if you’re looking to spoil yourself, or get a gift for someone, stop in! The interior deco is fantastic, and you’ll like all the curios on display.

This store always has… different things. Sometimes their stuff is cheap sometimes I think it’s overpriced for what it is. It never hurts to stop by though. They have cute heels that are usually priced well. They usually have a variety of dresses. Their return policy… well. you can’t return anything. So ya better love the sucker I was there for a sidewalk sale once and a girl that worked there(i’m thinking maybe the owner?) commented on a necklace I was looking at, trying to get me to buy it I presume… I told her I wasn’t sure I had anything to match it and that there were too many colors for me. She gave me the stink-eye and said under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear, «so much for being eclectic.» She then proceeded to look me up and down then walk away. I haven’t been back since, but if I needed an outfit for a specific occasion I might.

I was bummed when I found out Title Wave no longer sold BlueQ items, but stoked to see that LuLu E. BeBe ~does~ stock plenty of their vintage looking fun items! I haven’t shopped there yet for clothing, so can’t comment on that part of the store. I like that they have some of the weird«unique» hard to find gifts ~ :o)

I was a fan when I was living here a few years back. I loved their fashions and the fact that their prices were not too bad compared to boutiques in Vancouver. I thought some of their dresses were quite nice. And they had some great accessories. I’ll be sure to visit again when I’m back.

I would agree with Annie about the pricing. Once this place got recognized in the Press Picks and adn favorites they got an attitude and the prices skyrocketed. Last week I went by and I was the only customer in the store. There were THREE girls working there, one must have been an owner or something, and they briefly acknowledged my presence with a head nod and then went back to yukking it up at the counter. Pretty rude that they didn’t stop talking long enough to even say hi or ask if I was looking for something specific. They were loud and obnoxious and talking about how terrible celebrities fashion sense is. I felt like if they were bad mouthing people they didn’t know then as soon as I walked out that door they were probably going to rip me a new one.(This is my revenge. Juvenile perhaps, but I feel better) I thought The clothing is hit and miss. It seemed a little ghetto-fab to me but the items change out often enough so next week it will be completely different. I’d say go by and see if its your style, but don’t expect to be wowed.
