I was a little worried at first, I set up dry cleaning — pick up and delivery service all online — the process just seemed to easy. My cleaning has always been picked up and dropped off on time. I have emailed customer service a couple times with general questions, since I was new to the service, and my emails were always answered quickly and with real answers and assistance. The service just magically happens and not having to go the cleaners is wonderful. You are given set days for pick up and delivery which I like so if I need a particular item on a certain day I know exactly when to expect it back. They offer many different types of services and the prices have all been reasonable. I have only used the Andover location.

The worst service ever. Dont waste your time. Not only did I wait a week over max pick up time to finally get my garment. but there is a stain on it and they charged me full price. I called daily to see if it was ready. It wasn’t until the day I picked it up. Supposedly it was ready the whole time but they misplaced and couldn’t find it. Awesome. Not to mention the unprofessional staff and manager. Never again.
