I have been a customer of colonial pest for over ten years and recently had a bat infestation in my house. You can only imagine the anxiety associated with this experience. I called colonial and was basically told to get in line. I was very disappointed that they would treat a long time customer like this. To this point I was very satisfied with their service.

Not sure which home office but Jason Valdanbrini came out, and within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem which had been undiagnosed for a year or more. He treated it and was extremely accomodating. Highly recommend him and the service. I am a very pleased customer.
