Do not follow their moral compass to Andover.
I received a call recently from Michelle who did not know the job that I applied for and her excuse was that they make up job postings to get information from candidates. After a short discussion it was clear they had no jobs I would be interested in and like the cliché used car salesman still wanted me to come up to her «lot» so we could discuss it further. She was then offended when I didn’t want to drive up and discuss a position she didn’t have. Not sure why any candidate or company would want to be affiliated with a firm like this that openly admits to deception.

Don’t waste your time with these JT Marlins.
There is NOTHING special about this group — which would be the only reason you’d steam your engines all the way out to Andover. Its almost tragic they are trying to get Boston business.
Yet they try. And they use all the hokey tricks in the books, which include posting template job ads for positions that don’t exist, just so you call in, they meet you and maybe in 2 – 3 months they call you for a position they are working on — and these calls of there’s NEVER have anything to do with your job search.
They try to position themselves as job agents for salesmen. Forget it. Not an ounce of wit among them. Order takers and lost.
First of all — if you’re a sales professional, just pick up the phone and dial into principals and sell yourself to them. Make the first call your phone screen/​interview.
But if you’re trying to cover all angles and really want to get another pole in the water on your behalf, just cast your lot with one of the other Recruiting Agent chumps who actually has an office in Boston.
