Great pizza place! We ordered a giant meat and it is huge! The pizza is not too greasy, has a good crust, and was even better the second day (we ended up taking about half of it with us). The service was ok. The only small negative is that there quite a few flies inside of the restaurant.

We had this delivered to the Calavaras Frogtown Fairgrounds. We were camped there for the Baseball little league TOC Tournament. We had Pepperoni, Monster Meat and Cinnamon Sticks. Very hot when delivered. The pizzas were great. Could not have been better. Loved it. Lots of meat. The driver was very courteous.

I also wanted to thank you for keeping the old pizza parlor style. So many pizza parlors have gone «Bistro» with bright lights and bistro tables. Mike’s Pizza has checkered tablecloths, dark wood and private booths for couples and a big table for families. Its a nice environment to enjoy the great pizza.

Since my wife & I moved to Sonora a few months ago, we’ve been looking for a pizza place to replace a local place where we moved from. As soon as that first bite hit our tastebuds, we knew that we had found our new favorite pizza. Their pizza doesn’t taste like any pizza that I’ve had before. It’s amazing!!! Don’t pass this place up.

I stopped by here because my kids wanted pizza and there was a sign in the front that said this place was voted best pizza. Hmmm definitely piqued my curiosity! Now we have to try it. Went in very clean with different dinning areas and some arcade games scattered. This place looks great to hang out with family or friends.
The young lady in the front was so friendly definitely puts a smile on your face I wanted a burger so I got the bacon burger and my girls got a mini pizza for each. Everything was vey good! I can see why they were voted best pizza it was delicious! My burger was great also but could’ve used a little more salt. Before I left I ordered a bacon burger for my husband and let them know my burger could’ve used a little more seasoning they said no problem. I asked my husband how his burger was and he said it was a great burger. I will definitely be back here with my family!
P.s if you are in a hurry I would definitely call ahead of time, the wait for our food was about 30 minutes which was no big deal for us since we were killing time.

Ordered at 6:30, was told that pizza would be an hour and fifteen minutes, which is fine for a Friday night pizza delivery.
Called back after an hour and a half, and was told it would be here in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we called back and was told it would be here in 10 minutes…
By 9 o’clock we still had not received our order, called and were offered only a five dollar discount after waiting for two and a half hours and no ETA.
Ended up cancelling the order. I recommend you go elsewhere.

years ago I came here and had a great pizza. I came back today and got another great pizza. I do not find myself in Angles Camp often, but when I do, I come here

Great pizza. We had the bbq pulled pork with pineapple and jalapeños. Best pizza we have ever had.

They definitely have the best pizza in the area. This place gets busy but the wait is not to bad. I really like this place more than the Mikes in Sonora. The pizza is better at this location. I had a burger and it was pretty good.

Everything was really good… pizza, zuchini, cheese ravioli bake was amazing. They were out of ribs by 3pm so they must be good. my husband will have those next time.

Best pizza around, hands down! Is there much more to say?! If you’re eating pizza somewhere else, there might be something wrong with you.

Probably my favorite place to eat in Angels Camp. Great food. Even if you have to wait in line, it’s worth the wait!
Order the Greek Goddess, you won’t regret it!
Pulled pork sandwich is also a family favorite.

This place has become a regular pizza place when we’re in town. The first was by accident. Great ambiance for a traditional pizza joint. Great pizza and awesome crust, huge tv for sporting events, great service and free WiFi.
It’s obvious this pizza joint serves the community due to all the photos of the local sporting teams they sponsored.
Price– reasonable
Service– friendly and courteous
Environment– great for the whole family or that special sporting events
Location– easy to find
The ONLY downside, the salad bar is NOT all you can eat which REALLY sucks because I LOVE salad. We paid $ 5.00 for a dinky bowl of greens

Place: Lively with lots of video game booths, claw machines.
Menu: Lots of options. We opted for Pizza sandwich, garlic bread, vegetarian pizza. All the items were really tasty. Garlic bread were soft & yummy.
Service: Very slow. Had to wait almost an hour before we can eat. And bad part was all the order arrived at same time. They could have easily given us garlic bread early.
Price: Bit expensive
Loved the food here. Minus one star for loooong wait.

Came once and was disappointed tried it a Second time again and I’m disappointed just like the first time. Way over priced! $ 15.99 for a Large 1 topping Pizza. Salad bar is good but you only get one visit to the salad bar. For the price it’s not worth it in our opinion. They charge for Ranch as well. Not to mention Pizza was burnt!

Stopped here twice, a year apart, on different road trips. Love this place! It’s definitely an old time pizza joint. It has the look — wood, casual, some video games scattered around and you order at the counter. The pizza is top notch! We had a cheese/​sausage combo and the veggie pizza with cooked tomatoes. The kids loved it and so did we. Support small local businesses like this and go here! Avoid the chains, because places like this need to survive. A great pizza place, perfect for locals and for tourists alike.

My family and I are on vacation and spent the entire day Whitewater Rafting so let me tell you, Mike’s was exactly what we needed! I shared the original crust pepperoni with my boyfriend. Wow! That’s good pizza! I was burning the inside of my mouth and I didn’t even care! My dad got a meatball pizza, my mom got cheese, and as weird as it sounds, my sister got a slab of ribs! Very good variety for pizza toppings for sure.
The inside is very old fashioned and arcade-​like with games everywhere and old pictures hung on the wood paneled walls. Very cute. VERY delicious. I definitely recommend.

Best pizza in the area and we’ve tried most of them. Games for the kids, free soda refills and they have a nice variety of other items if pizza isn’t what your craving.
