We used this company and they did decent work. However, when I contacted the owner for another sign, he did not respond to my email or to my phone call. If you are not going to serve a previous customer who has paid for your past work, then there is something seriously wrong with your customer service.

Awful customer service! First, I submitted a request for a quote online and didn’t get a response for over 3 weeks. The owner claims in went to the spam box, but either way, when you have people submit quotes via email you should always be checking your email just in case. I have a business and always do. Second, I schedule a meeting to come in and see the owner and he wasn’t there even though he knew I was coming; didn’t bother calling me or anything. The young man working the desk was very nice, but knew nothing about my order. No apology from the owner until I confronted him on it several days later. I told him the only way I would do business with him was if he gave me a discount for the poor service I received. He gave me a discount, but raised the price without telling me beforehand charging me $ 150 to buy 2 photos and airbrush one of the photos, so the real discount was only $ 65 which was pretty insulting. I decided to move foward with the project anyway because it was a good price and then don’t hear from him for several days. He then told me he needed a certain font and pic and I emailed him what I wanted immediate, then I don’t hear back from him for over 5 days! At this point, I just wanted to get the job done, so I was done caring. He then told me he would need a 50% deposit after stating previously that he wouldn’t worry about the deposit. Tired of arguing with him, I agreed to have him come to my office to collect the deposit and then he tells me it will be 8 more days before he could do the job. I was very annoyed, but figured I would go with it if he gave me a little more of a discount. I asked him for just $ 40 additional discount after even more poor service from him and he wouldn’t do, so I walked.
