I’ve gone to Audrey twice now and I have been very happy with my haircuts. The first time I just described what I wanted and Audrey did a really good job of making sure she obliged(no too short panic attacks here!). The second time, I brought in a photograph of a hairstyle I liked and she was spot on. My only complaint is that they don’t do much do style your hair at the end — just kind of quickly dried with a hairdryer the same way I would at home. However, because the price is pretty low, I can let this slide.

I was looking for a new hairdresser and saw the salon’s Groupon. So I bought it. I went there on Thursday during my lunch time. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Safa did my hair. It didn’t take her long time to cut my hair. It seemed not bad after she blew drying my hair. But a few hours later when my hair dried off, the problem started to show up, terribly. Instead of cutting layers, I just saw choppy sections of hair at various messy lengths. Even my 10 year-old boy saw the problem obviously. I called the salon and went back there later that afternoon. I explained my feelings to Safa and she redid my hair. She randomly cut several strands without much care and she was attempting to blend the hair as requested. But she seemed very impatient. She kept saying that this was the way it was supposed to look and there wasn’t any other way. A few minutes later, she was done again. What I got, was still in a rough and ragged condition. I wouldn’t want her to touch my hair again, because I felt she didn’t care! It’s still so sad to me even after several days have past. While writing this review, I wanted to be fair, but I also thought I should warn people that they also could be a victim of this type of service. I will never go back to that salon again. I hope no other ladies will have a similar experience with this hairdresser as I did that day.

Bad haircut. My stylist saw nothing wrong, and declined fixing it. Two other stylists at the salon openly agreed with me that multiple things were wrong.
