James, it’s pretty unfortunate that you would respond back to my review with details which you weren’t even there to understand my point of view. Instead, you choose to get defensive and also mention that your staff member would recommend a customer to go see another optometrist. What kind of customer service is that? I had no issues with the Dr. Nguyen, which I totally agree with other peoples reviews that she is very informative. Never did I mention anything negative about her service. She is an awesome doctor. It’s the customer service that I received. Maybe there was a language barrier as the tone of the lady’s voice came out very rude. Just to let you know. A nice gentleman answered my call and told me that the Dr. had an emergency and had to leave. But then he gave the phone to the rude woman and she told me you didn’t show up and dr left. She probably didn’t inform you that my mom had told her I had an emergency therefore I called exactly at my appt time to see if I could still come in since I live a few minutes away. She attacks me with telling me I missed my appt.
