Taco Bell

The line is always long they never have freezes but because it’s the only Taco Bell near me I always end up going to this specific location but this time they forgot to put my food in my bag and I was assuming these people know what there doing I didn’t even check my bag lol serves me right anyways this was the last straw

Service sucks. The food is typical taco bell.

The manager is very friendly. Customer service has improved. Bathrooms are yuck. They always run out of grilled chicken. Drive-​thru times are ridiculously long. But I keep coming back!

Quite possibly the rudest fast food joint I have ever been to. The drive thru attendant barely acknowledges your existence. Apparently the words «please» and «thank you» are not in his vocabulary. They get 2 stars because the food is OK.

Very slow. I had to wait 10 minutes just to pay for my food because they kept screwing uo the order of the person in front of me. If you are a fast food restraunt with a drive through, you need to be quick and accurate because people are only stopping because they are in a hurry.

I waited for 38 minutes for my to go order of 12 pieces of chicken. Never again. Poorly run

Still 2 ½ stars just because of the location and the food was pretty decent for a change. Too bad the service was so and the cashier screwed up my order! I ordered the $ 5.00 combo that the ad on tv shows you. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken Tender, and waited almost 10 minutes!
Granted it was lunch time, but 10 mintues is inexcusable! The the cashier asked the manager for change because he ran out! The manager only had just $ 1.00 bills! Hows the cashier suppose to give change back to the customer like that?!
I finally get my order after waiting for so long, only to find out the cashier screwed it up! He rung up the $ 5.00 2 piece chicken which was a Leg and a Thigh. I thought about going back up there, but it would not have made a diffence because there were people still waiting for their orders for so long!
The Chichen was cooked through for a change because there were time it was not, and had to throw it away. It was finger-​licking good, but had my heart set on the tenders instead. The potato’s were the ones they get shipped in and just add water to them, and the biscuit wasn’t that great either for usually they are very good. The saving grace was the chocolate chip cookie, but for what they charge for them by themselves, it would be cheaper to either buy Chips Ahoy or make them from the dairy case.
Not sure if I will come back here in the near future or not, just depends if I’m in the area and craving either KFC or Taco Bell. Then again, there’s aways Popeye’s down the street from them! LOL! :-)

I consider myself somewhat of a fast food connoisseur and Taco Bell/​KFC ranks high on my list of fine eating establishments which I frequent. While not much can be said for the lethargic staff, the food speaks for itself. I personally recommend the classic «ancharito» however you can’t go wrong with the up and coming «quesorito» But I digress, an easy 4 out of 5 stars. (I would have given Taco Bell/​KFC 5 stars if not for a certain employees refusal to deep fry a bean burrito)

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years.
I used to live in Annandale & this was my place to go to every weekend.
Now I live in DC but everytime I go to Annandale i go have my burrito at this place.
It always reminds me of the good old days. When I was in HighSchool, my friends,
munchies, skiping parties… lol Anyway…
Good costumer service, they are really fast. I have no problem with the food.
The Lobby is clean every time i go, the bathroom no so much but
its ok.
I will be back like always!

Good costumer service. The food is cheap and had become one of my favorite fast foods. They did wrap my quedorito a bit on evenly on the inside with the items. And the cheese sauce could use a new recipe. Tastes like it’s can which it probably is.

The one star is based on this location only. And for the under-​trained, under staffed, and no sense or urgency staff they have.
The food is always wrong or cold or slapped together hap-​hazardly.
The wait is always long– last week, at just after 11pm, I waited 23 minutes in drive thru… and the worse part? When I asked nicely why it took so long throwing in «someone call out sick… borken equipment… ect» the cashier laughed and said they were really busy. The front was empty, completely empty and probably closed.
The only customers were the ones TRAPPED in drive thru. YES TRAPPED. Once you are in, you are trapped… cause I sure as hell would have left if I wasn’t TRAPPED.
I find myself constantly defending this location to my brother… but in reality, it dissapoints EVERY TIME! It’s a shame I won’t be back since it’s 2 miles from my house and open late… Ain’t nobody got time to wait 23 minutes for two 7-​layer burritos!
FIRE EVERYONE AND REHIRE THEIR POSITIONS. OR HIRE AN EXTRA TWO EMPLOYEE FOR GOD“S SAKE.

Literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I only keep going back because its the only one the area. Don’t expect it to be fast food. I’ve never been in the drive through shorter than 20 minutes

Your average combo fast food take out. Nothing great but I do like the extended menu and that they are open until 1am.

Wow! I’m pleasantly surprised! My husband and I just went thru the drive thru after a tough day of 4x4ing in the snow :) we were warmly greeted with a smile and quickly served hot, fresh, delicious, food! I’m in shock as the previous ratings would have kept us away but luckily I hadn’t noticed the rating BEFORE we ordered! Even for taco bell the food was presented VERY nicely! Good job folks!

I like this location only because it is close to work and they have not messed up my orders but the communication at the speaker/​drive thru is painful. I have to repeat my orders all the time.

I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. I love Taco Bell but certainly don’t have high expectations for fine dining. That being said, this location has terrible service and is inadequately staffed.
I’ve only been through the drive-​thru but it is consistently slow, taking at least 10 minutes. My order is also consistently wrong or when I order something simple off the menu, the person at the drive through doesn’t know what I am talking about.
The upper management needs to seriously reconsider the staff that are working at this location because clearly they aren’t providing the service that they should. If it wasn’t the closest Taco Bell to my home, I’d stop going entirely. But alas, my cravings force me to continue to subject myself to the terrible service.

Horrible service. Order comes out wrong every time. We were told they didn’t have Baja Blast which turned out to be untrue. I love Taco Bell but this location is always a huge disappointment…

Meh! I mean it’s Taco Bell. It’s as good as it can be.

It’s a taco bell so how can the review go good or bad. As far as service goes, it’s really very slow. Although none of my previous orders have been messed up, it’s kind of surprising because it seems that the people cooking the food are a little disoriented. Usually whenever I roll through Taco Bell, I’m in a hurry, and it’s difficult sometimes having to wait 10 minutes for your food, when the Golden Arches does it in less than 5. I can’t deny the boneless chicken though!

This Taco Bell/​KFC is the worst restaurant I have been too. The trash was overflowing, all the tables were dirty, and some liquid substance was oozing by the trash can. It was horrible and on top of the that, the service was slow… real slow. I will never eat at this establishment again. This was second time eating here and I thought it was bad the first time. I gave it a second chance and shouldn’t have. Terrible service and unclean. Take my advice and stay away. I know the health department will be closing this place down soon.
