Chipotle Mexican Grill

I can’t not thank this Chipotle staff enough. They were so sweet and very attentive. Went extra mile and made sure me and my son were happy with our order.
So, after long day at work, I took my son and myself to nearest Chipotle. It was last day for my «free burrito» coupon. I ordered burritos with black beans, my son refused to eat with black bean (it was his first time at Chipotle), lady was going to make another bowl without beans, I said that it will be ok, that I will pick out beans from his bowl, I do not want they throw to trash and waste. Even at home I do not let kids waste, not because we are poor, we are not by any means. But it is just a rule in our family. So, I said that it will be ok with have black beans even if he doesn’t want. I also let them know that im going to use free burrito coupon. Another worker stepped in and he assured me that they will not waste rice, beans and chicken. Long story short not only I got TWO burrito bowls for free but they gave us a third bowl with rice, chicken and black beans for free!
I would like Chipotle head office recognizes those employees but award for courtesy.
Thank you Chipotle for having aw some staff!!!
Table and floors were clean unlike some reviewers say!

Came back to see if it got any better. Nobody is cleaning the floors or tables. Had to wait to get ice. And out of some items. Place needs a management review

Very upset. After working a 12 hour day I order a steak bowl, with white rice, steak, sour cream, and cheese. I open the tin and there’s no rice in my steak bowl. It completely ruined my dinner because there’s no base without the rice. I eat there often and I was upset that I now have to throw away food and order somewhere else. Called the manager and left my name and phone number so hopefully I’ll be refunded or be offered a new one to eat at a later date.

Probably wouldn’t do an online order if I were you. I placed one around 2:30 and said the pickup time would be 3. I get here a little past 3 and yet again they waited for me to arrive to even start making the order… I paid ahead so my order should be made by the time I set the pick up time for. That’s the whole purpose of ordering online.

One of the worst Chipotles I have been to. Charged me a dollar for a half full container of beans for my baby, when usually this is free. The veggie burrito I got was very small, they did not compensate with extra beans or vegetables, just left it empty because of lack of meat. I made comments about that which were ignored. I made a comment about the charge for beans, and a small container, which was also ignored. At least the guacamole was not brown. The music in the store was blasting so loud it was hard for customers and servers to hear each other. Maybe this was the problem, or maybe it was by design.

Food @ chipotle is always good but the service here needs improvement. I order tacos and the lady just threw the stuff on them like I had a bowl. One taco didn’t even get any lettuce. I just don’t see how hard it would be to put food in each taco. The place wasn’t busy so she could’ve taken her time. So I had a bunch of mess to separate when I got home. Smh

After a night out, Chipotle is always my go-​to. Nothing’s better than a bowl and big cup of coke (extra ice) on the couch. After last night’s birthday dinner at Birroteca (review forthcoming), I was really feeling it, so I threw on last night’s party dress and was out the door at by 11 to get my lunch (brunch?)
This Chipotle was a new one for me (I usually frequent the one on Charles Street in Baltimore), and I was a little disappointed with the quality of the food. The rice and beans were lackluster and the steak cuts were bigger and fattier than usual.
My go-​to: Burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, mild, medium, and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce (green, jalapeño tabasco sauce to garnish)
Highlight: Incredibly fast line! Especially for a crowded Chipotle in a mall the day the Ravens have their opening game
Lowlight: Rice was undercooked (read: just short of crunchy) and black beans were extra wet
