I had an appointment on Saturday at 9 am. I was excited as this was my first time there and it was so close to my home. I had to give a 35 dollar deposit to make the appointment. I arrive I min early. The doors were locked I stood outside until 9:15 and then tried to reach them by phone. Phone was disconnect! I went to the store next door and then saw some lights on in the salon. I entered at 9:25 and called out and someone came, looked surprised and had no idea he had an appointment with me. I guess the customer has to confirm with a deposit but the salon need not show up! He had no intention of doing my hair and offered no apology. Never again. Beware.
