Too often customer service is overlooked in the retail industry today. Customers have so many options that they can almost as easily choose to not shop at a particular store as they can shopping at your store. Mack and the other members at the Verizon store on Main Street retail location GO ABOVE AND BEYOND for customers doing their best to ensure each person coming to their store either leaves with what they came in for or has a planned solution to accomplish their goal (within reason). I highly recommend visiting them to help with all your cellular needs!

V and his team are great! I cannot say enough good things about them. So knowledgeable and helpful… I live downtown so easy for me but I’m assuming others don’t come here because of that… definitely worth any issues getting downtown… a true secret in terms of phone sales and service!
