My husband & I came in a week prior and had NO idea what we were in for. Steve helped us figure out what we wanted based on our needs & budget. He was very patient and explained everything in detail, he offered reasonable options to choose from. He was never pushy. Very professional all the way around. We came in today and Steve was out so Jenny helped us with our order and helped us choose an upgraded padding per my husband’s request. Still no pressure. Excellent customer service! update after install!

As a result of a PG&E upgrade my renter qualified for a new refrigerator and the refrigerator installation company damaged the floor and they agreed to pay for a new floor. The owner, Steve, per the 3rd party company said he «needed full payment to do the job»($ 3,139.78). By law, it should have been 10% down, balance due as agreed upon once job is begins. There was a disagreement with the renter on the order the day of installation(July 30, 2014) and to be fair, there was fault and/or miscommunication on both sides. I told Steve to just cancel the order and I would have the floor done by another company. After two months of not returning phone calls or saying he’d call the 3rd party vendor back, he finally agreed to a refund in September. He originally asked for 35% restocking fee, which is higher than the industry average. Many more months pass because Steve will not return phone calls until the corporate office was notified of the issue. Finally on January 15th, I received the final offer via email: Original invoice: $ 3159.43 Restocking 25%:($ 291.60) Shipping to Store:($ 85.00) Trip charge:($ 95.00) Total: $ 2,687.83 His final offer of 25%, which incorrectly included applying that fee to shipping to store and sales tax and the shipping to the store shouldn’t have been charged as it is not a usual charge unless it is agreed upon upfront. After another month of back and forth and a few calls to the corporate office, I finally received a refund of $ 2772.83.(Corrected sales tax and deleted shipping to store). I finally received a check mid-February. I’ve been meaning to share on Unilocal, but have been busy. This is purposely detailed because it was a nightmare situation that I would like others to avoid. BOTTOMLINE: Owner will not return phone calls. Will not easily refund your money if you cancel and either lacks math skills or is deliberately inaccurate on calculations and lastly, asks for full payment before work is done.

Just need one room done. Brad was really helpful and very nice. Didn’t try to push the expensive stuff on me. I wanted the carpet in soon and he made sure I got it when I wanted it. Went to Lowe’s to compare, but no one there to help me. Installation went without a hitch.

I love my new kitchen floor so much I want to do «snow angels» on it. From choosing a floor when I had little idea of what I really wanted, to the finish. Fast expert installation. I was assisted with no pressure from Brad a guy with a great no pressure attitude when choosing my flooring. I picked a vinyl plank floor that looks exactly like hardwood. Forget going to noisy, crowded big box stores where you won’t even know what company will be installing your floors. Check out huge samples, not little squares. I took home two very large samples that allowed me to place on the floor and I did not have to «imagine“what either would look like. I could see. Made it much easier to choose. Save your time. Save hair pulling. Be confident in your choice, your estimate, your installation. And having people you can trust in your home. Thanks to Brad, Steve and Sandy. You rock!

Had some carpets to replace, We put the job out to bid with 4 different outfits These guys came in with the best price. They did a fantastic job. Clean and professional The next time i need a carpet done i probably wont even bother looking anywhere else Recommended
