Typical Starbucks, good coffee but overworked staff. Always trying to do three things at once while they’re taking your order, inevitably you end up having to correct them when they try and hand you the wrong order.

I Love coming to this starbucks! The customer service is like no other. Normally I go inside but yesterday I drove through the drive thru and ordered a chi tea latte with soy milk. I ended up talking to Sarah who helped me and suggested a way to make my chi tea a little sweeter by adding vanilla to it.(I told her I was pregnant and needed to calm down the spice just a little). She fixed my drink and let me taste it first to see if I would like it and did if I didn’t she would make me whatever else I wanted. She truly made my day! She was friendly, she was concerned about making a drink that will make both me and my baby happy! She was extremely professional and well mannered! I didn’t feel like any olé customer in the drive thru, she made me feel like a regular customer who they see all the time, love, and respect. What’s interesting about that is, I have never seen her before at this location which just speaks to how absolutely awesome she is at her job! Thanks for making me, baby, and my mom happy!(She also made a drink for my mom)

I normally have good things to say about all the baristas I come across but I just have to say that the barista, Melissa, was VERY rude. I came in a few days back and this awful experience still sticks with me. If you come to Starbucks, I recommend a different location. Good luck!

Just not good. I got an iced mocha today and it was just so bitter, really strange, and most of the chocolate was still on the bottom of the cup like it wasn’t even mixed. Expect more from Starbucks on the rare occasion that I choose to overspend on coffee but today left me feeling like I got ripped off.

I usually never leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to right now. I come to this Starbucks every morning & today someone named Sarah was working the drive thru. I ordered 2 lattes and an iced beverage with whip. When we got to the window she had me pay & forgot to give me my second latte. She then charged me for that second latte after I had just paid $ 20.00. She seemed annoyed when I asked for my second drink & when she came back to the window I asked her for whip on my iced drink, she snatched the drink from my hand and served the whip and when I got it back I said thank you and she just looked at me nodding her head. She was a total bitch! Not sure if she was new because I’ve never seen her there before, but I’m most definitely going back to the Starbucks on deer valley.

If you’re on the fence about going out for coffee then I recommend this location, because it will definitely reinforce why its worth holding on to your money. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training, lack of caring, or just being lazy. Wasting $ 5 on a watered down, overly sweetened frappuccino paired with a lack luster staff really just put the last nail in the coffin for me. I could understand if the store was super busy and I had a drink that was made in a rush, but the time I went it was obviously slow. Seems like there is a lack of leadership or supervision when compared to other locations.

I ask for either a very berry hibiscus or a passion tea lemonade and I always ask for EXTRA light ice! As in almost close to no ice. And that’s exactly how I order it every single time. My gripe is that apparently that is a difficult instruction to follow. I get half my cup filled with ice. First off I don’t like that much ice in my drinks because it takes me a bit to finish it and it becomes extremely watered down when there is that much ice. And second I’m paying close to $ 4 for a bunch of ice! No thanks! Just take the time to listen to what your customers are asking for, difficult or not, and you guys wouldn’t have to constantly re-make drinks and have all that waste!

Good service, small but cozy location, free WiFi & service animals are welcomed! They fill the drinks up to the very top, unlike a lot of other locations. I love the drive thru here too!

My rating for this location has dropped since my last post. I love this Starbucks, as the employees have always been very friendly and great at what they do. BUT… Chai Lattes haven’t tasted like chai for several months now. I thought it was just my taste buds adapting, but recently I was at another location in another town, and it finally tasted like my original chai! Burst of chai flavor! I always order«no water» because I hate it watered down, so I know that added water isn’t the issue. The chai syrup has changed, and it’s awful. No flavor. May as well drink vanilla flavored milk. Starbucks, if you’re reading this, please FIXTHECHAI! I buy one every day. But I’ll stop because I don’t like what you’re serving now. I plan on speaking with the manager to find out what the hell is going on. I realize it’s just a drink, but it’s my morning comfort drink, and I’d like to know what they did to wreck it?

It’s too bad most of the workers here are all rude and have no sense of what good customer service is. It’s New Years Day and went through the drive thru with SARAH as the worker, damnnnn she was RUDE and didnt attempt to be nice. All I have to say is, if u are unhappy with your job, as customers we pay a lot of money for our coffee and don’t want to be treated like sh*t when being helped, so do us all a favor and quit!!! If a manager reads this from this location, y’all need to do something with your employees. I hope I get the random customer service questionnaire email for this visit. I will never go to this location again!!!

I LOVE this Starbucks! It’s right down the street, almost everyone is amazing! The wait can get long… but hey, it’s Starbucks. I always choose to go inside since the drive thru always takes at least 15 mins and they are always so happy. –1 star because there is one woman there who charged me twice for one thing and when I let her know(since mistakes happen) she completely denied it even though I had the receipt. And when she FINALLY looked at the receipt she gave me a huge attitude about correcting it. I will continually return regardless!

Their coffee can be a refreshing start for the early morning and now compared to other places, their coffee are not that expensive. One thing I like about this Starbucks is they’re willing to pour the coffee in your own tumbler.

Drive thru Starbucks for the win! Visiting my family sucks my life force. From hearing all the different ways I have disappointed them to the outlandish declarations they make it is a wonder that I can even claw my way to the car to order up some energy and yum. The staff got my orders right and I have nothing bad to say except to the person who keeps reviewing this place with one star over and over. After the second bad time maybe go somewhere else? I have to say this place saved my life!

I would give zero stars if I could, I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. I am sad to say that in the past year, their service and attention to detail has gone even more downhill. The store is pretty, the service blows. They constantly get simple drinks wrong and when confronted, I’ve had baristas just stare at me and not say anything and I’ve had them also act like I did not say the modification. The funny thing is, they repeat the order correctly, but the drink comes out wrong and labeled incorrectly. Most of the staff is grumpy like they are having caffeine withdrawals . I only give it one star for one reason, there is one barista there who is on point every time, darrian. He has always had my drinks made correctly and he has always been super nice and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I will no longer give this location my business.
