It begins when you call their office. Karen is warm and friendly. She is knowledgable and thoughtfully answered my questions. When the technician arrived, he was prepared and worked very hard. He was very considerate of the belongings in my home as he cleaned my carpet. My oversized, white shag area rug was again vibrant looking, felt soft, and smelled fresh and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Sunshine Carpet and Tile Cleaners. I will have them back in my home.

You won’t find a better company out there than Pro-Fect. Ken Perry is professional, courteous and his prices are beyond reasonable. I would recommend him for any carpet and/or upholstery task. I’ve never had a stain he hasn’t been able to get out of my carpet or cloth furniture. He has also cleaned my car interior and this was not an easy feat. Ken gets the job done in an efficient manner. As long as Pro-Fect is around I will never use another company.

Used Pro-Fect Carpet Cleaning for the second time this year and I am happy. Ken came out last year and did some interior carpet for me as well as the seats on a Toyota Tundra that I had purchased. Did a beautiful, thorough job at a reasonable price. Had him back today for the same deal, only this time for a sedan whose interior needed to be cleaned. My wife said that he took care of every detail and things look wonderful.
Would recommend him to anyone I know without any reservation.
Quality of work + personable owner + attention to detail + price = Great.
