After 7 weeks of working with this company I am spinning in circles, constant headaches and now seeking therapy (I kid you not!). Not only do I have to send every thing over 4 or 5 times to 5 different people, all initially copied, after being specifically told docs work days before closing EVERY day I had a different request «last condition request» fire to put out or handle for underwriters with the SAME DOCS previously said to be acceptable!
I cut my vacation short as a single mom with kids to come home for signing 4pm 08/​27/​2013; after 3 p. m after emailing 2 ppl Sean and Selena and no response I text Lori only to hear it wont be until ⁰⁸⁄₂₈.
That was confirmed with my realtor for 4p.m., 3:32 I got an email saying pushed back till 08/29…and multiple emails since making no sense between title co and them, I finally had to respond they are unprofessional and incompetent and they need to stop copying me on
I am pissed, my vacation ruined, my lease up on 31^st, started selling my stuff and no clue where and how my kids and I will survive because of this crappy company!!!
I have bought 2 other houses before and if this was my 1^st experience with properties I would never even consider that an option again if my life depended on it.
Lori, Sean, Selena and finally a Jason in the mix today is a disaster!!!

I recently was in the process of buying a home with my father through the loan process I was dealing with Latasha Garcia whom was assuring me all paper work was good and that I can start shopping for my first home. Within a few weeks La Tasha had never been heard from again and I had been pushed off to someone else through out the process there were some Major mess up’s she for one did not do the loan right at all she left out vital info that had a huge affect on my loan and now the purchase of my home. She was unable to be contacted by her own coworkers that were trying to clean up her HUGE mess due to the fact she was in the process of opening her own gym I was now not even important enough to receive a phone call from her nor her coworkers get a response she has had our file and several calls were made to her to get that information so that we could press on and try to take care of this huge mistake still nothing and what makes it even worse is that she happens to be a personal friend to my sister in law whom not only was my Realtor but my family and La Tasha was full aware just to think if she could do that to me just think how she does everyone else. I would never recommend La Tasha Garcia for anything if she also could do that to me and she doesn’t even own the business she’s is employed by just think how she will do clients that join her gym BEWARE she is a dirty player and only out for self obviously.
