I got a bourbon chicken special for $ 7.75. Came with egg roll and pork fried rice. The sauce and rice was better then most Chinese fast food places around here and the sauce was especially good. My only negative criticism is the chicken was pretty salty. But it is what you’d expect bourbon chicken to be. I just with there was more sauce on the chicken. It would cut the saltiness out… An Btw, the folks inside are very nice. They seem like they take pride in their restaurant. And for that alone I will be back.

It’s ok for a Chinese food take out. First take out since our move from NY., and probably be our last. Not impressed with the quality of food., too sweet for our taste.

I had to give at least one star but they don’t deserve that. Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong and when I called back I got yelled at and hung up on twice. I’ll never go back and I advise that you don’t either. The inside was also not clean.

This place has some very tasty food. Today we had the chicken wings and they had great flavor and seasoning which is sometimes hard to find. They were crisply fried and piping hot.
We’ve also had their shrimp egg rolls and their shrimp and broccoli. Both of which were also tasty and freshly prepared. They always serve you quickly and with a smile even if you are the last customer on a cold night (that was us once). Their prices are reasonable and they have combo specials as well. This is the best destination for Chinese (Americanized of Course) in Apex.

Not my favorite Chinese. We just moved here and took a chance. It wasnt bad. It just wasnt what I was expecting or liked. The dumplings were a bit too doughy for my taste.

Had the Singapore Chow Mei Fun dish which was veryyyy tasty. Very thin noodles with lots of veggies, egg, and chicken with a spicy seasoning. It was great. I ordered my without pork and shrimp.
I wasn’t crazy about the veggie potstickers as I found them to be very doughy.

Love this place, they always remember me even though we moved away years ago., fam owned and operated, the girls grew up in the the place. Hard working, and the food is always fresh and made to order… live it! Lunch is still like five bucks, which it had been for years.

Decent, American-style Chinese food. I put in a carryout order on my way into Apex from Durham, and the food was still plenty hot when I finally got to it. The kung pao chicken was good, if a little slack on the chicken and VERY heavy on the celery. The egg roll was the same frozen egg roll every Chinese takeout joint drops in their fryers, and the egg-drop with wonton soup was tasty.
Price wise, I feel like I got what I paid for. This place is pretty solid for what it is, and I’ll likely stop by again next time I’m looking for Chinese in the area.

Good Chinese take-out: the Singapore rice noodles are the best — good curry intensity and very low residual oil.
