I could give you a lot of reasons why I hate going in to vape stores.
The prices, the patrons that hang around sucking vapes and bullshitting.
I won’t expound on them in this review (too much) — they’re at every store, everywhere.
What makes this store stand out in a field that is increasingly overcrowded is one thing:
Shitty Customer Service.
I had recently moved, and run out of juice unexpectedly.
I took a chance and went in to the local E-​Cig store.
I bought a bottle of a usual juice, and a bottle of a shop recommended juice.
The entire time I’m there, the employee and a «regular» were falling all over themselves to talk with some girl who’d walked in, barely noticing me.
I get home and noticed one bottle of juice (the one the shop had recommended me) was 0mg instead of my usual 6. The other bottle was fine.
No problem, I thought, I’ll just bring it up to the shop when I have a little bit more time.
A few days later, I went back.
The same guy is working, and of course, he’s sitting around the table playing with wire and pliers, while five guys sit around watching each other suck on vapes.
I told him the story, and he gives me a lame «I’m sorry man, no exchanges allowed. I can sell you a bottle of 6mg and you can mix them together!»
One of the customers (who obviously failed math) pipes up: «Then you’ll have twice as much juice!»
Here’s the thing:
I could pay twice and have double the juice at half the strength.
Or you could just fix your mistake.
I didn’t grab the bottle of juice, this was what you gave me.
I understand not reselling an open bottle of juice: I could’ve brought it home and done whatever before bringing it back.
But, I don’t understand trying to make your customers pay (twice!) for YOUR mistake.
I left the bottle there, and I’ll go back to buying online, or at one of the GOOD stores (Talon, Level 11).
It’s a crowded industry:
don’t let assholes who don’t care about their customers take your money.

Hours are actually 11 to 8 m-​f. Haven’t really been there so can’t say what it’s like.
