STAYAWAY! I contracted this company to install a retaining wall in my backyard. They destroyed the sod in my front yard by staging the blocks(on pallets and scattered) on the grass. When their tomcat did function, it caused drainage damage to the side of my house. There was a change to the design and the owner(Chris) said it would cost more. I specifically asked how much more because I had a budget. He said he would let me know when the original blocks ran out. I waited and waited. I asked a second time. He said he would get back with me. Two weeks later, I get an invoice emailed to me. I was shocked and disappointed. There were unresolved issues with the drainage and the soil was running off. His solution was to put down grass seeds twice. I was tired of dealing with this guy and his games. Not returning calls, texts or emails. I hired a landscaper to fix his shortcomings and deducted that amount from final payment. This clown sends me an email saying, «The warranty is null and void.» I filed complaints with the BBB and the NCDOJ. STAYAWAY!

The worst spring startup experience ever! 1. The agent didn’t have the required tools with him. He spent most of the time going to and fro to his vehicle to get the tools. 2. The agent wasn’t knowledgeable at all. He asked me if I remember the orientation of the backflow prevention system. Seriously! you are asking me?!! Then what are you here for? 3. The agent handled the backflow system and the pipes unprofessionally. He was very rough while he was working.(I can say that because I saw the work by an agent from a different company the previous year) 4. It took him 2 hours to complete the work. Last year, spring startup took less than 20 minutes by a different company. 5. When I spoke to the owner, during the conversation he said he is wasting time speaking with me! Really Mr. owner?!! Speaking to customers is wasting your time?!! After all this I received a ridiculously high bill from them. I would never use the services from this company.

Not happy with the service at all. There are many concerns that are too lengthy to go into. I will only touch on one. I am in the process of hiring another company to fix the damage they did to our backyard. They did not repair our yard after construction of our patio and wall. Our drainage comes out the top of the yard(which is on a hill), down the middle causing a mud ravine during each rain. When I expressed concern the response was ‘you had a budget’. A professional should educate the consumer on what would occur if the drainage would be placed in an inappropriate spot. That was not done. And our budget was not mentioned when I asked to enlarge the patio. We received a lot of excuses, all that made us feel like it was OUR fault. We are middle class, of course we have a budget, but we also have expectations. My expectation for a 3ft wall(approx 9ft) costing $ 1400 is safe. The wall began to fall over and lean into our deck. The stones could be removed easily. It took two times for them to return and restack the wall with glue. And my wall looks nothing like the pictures in the portfolio. There are odd size stones and gaps between the stones. Seeing the portfolio pictures depress me because that is what I expected to get after paying that amount of money. Other landscapers have taken pictures of my wall to add to their ‘wall fail portfolio’ to show potential customers. I have thought about seeking support from news troubleshooters just to share my correspondence and pictures of this process. I hope potential customers truly look elsewhere for landscape services. I would give anything to have my money back and restart this entire process with someone else.

Superior service. I needed my irrigation system started up for the first time after several years on not using. The Evergreen tech(Jeremy) came out as was scheduled. He found a few problems(control box, electricity issue, broken valve and head) and replaced them all. I happened to have the time to be with him throughout the whole process, he explained the issues, I saw each of them, as he went along and he very diligently worked non-stop to get it resolved. An excellent quality job.
