This is a nice dog park. I like this dog park because it has a big canopy providing shade for people, and a few benches to sit while the dogs play. It’s not a giant park, but there is a lot of grass. After a rainy day, it seems like never have any water and mud left in the park. That means you do not need to spend an hour washing your dog after. Also has a small dog area next to it. It has some obstacles, clean-up bags and water. The dog park is close to resident area, so it’s always filled up with dogs. That’s the reason why we drive to this park oftens. This dog park is in a nice area with a big park and playground beside. We always come back here!

Great free dog park to let your dog run around and socialize with other dogs. The only issue I have ran into is aggressive dogs. My dog gets a long with every dog(he’s a golden mix) and a poodle just attached him and actually injured him. Although that could happen at any dog park, that is why I still gave it a 5 stars because it’s free and a great place for dogs.

This is a great space I like that separates the large dogs from the smaller dogs that it does provide water and doggy bags for cleanup lots of running space. I do think this park would be GREAT if a few bad apples followed the rules! Vaccinate!!! NO SIck Dogs Clean Up after your dog Small dogs with small dogs Large Dogs with large dogs Don’t social your unknown Dog you just got from a shelter without finding out a bit about its temperament in public. On several occasions you have a owner who is not picking up their dog poop and the ones that like to mix the little dogs with the big dog yard because their dogs are used other people’s big dogs. Then you have those that like to micro manage the dogs instead of allowing the dog to assign its natural alpha order among the pack.

Man’s pit bull attacked another dog and lunged at the owner. She spoke to him and said it was the fifth time his dog came after hers. Really. He insisted on staying and claimed his dog was not the aggressor. He was asked to leave and did not. We left.

We come here all the time, it is clean and most dog owners have dogs that get along with other dogs. There have been a few times people come with aggressive dogs but the crowd doesn’t stand for it after a few warnings. Great to bring your dogs small or large they have two sides. It is a very large area on both sides I would venture to say over a few acres. Nice shelter with shade and water for dogs and people alike. The grass is maintained well and most owners that come are responsible and pick up after their dogs. We like to walk the perimeter while our kids play and our dogs run with the other dogs. Great place to take your dogs and kids. They also have a skate park right next to this dog park as well as a track, basketball courts and a playground for the kids. Highly recommended.

I really like this dog park. There is separation for large and small dogs. Plenty of grass for the dogs to run around and get some exercise, and even a few obstacles. There is a rinsing station for the dogs if/when they get too hot, or if you want to clean them off a little before leaving. The shade for the humans can be scarce depending on what time of day you decide to go. Every time I have been, there have been other dogs for mine to socialize with. The downfall to this park is, there is no restroom. The only restroom I have seen is located in the fenced in area of the skate park, and it was locked. Also, during heavy rains, this place floods easily. Other than that, it’s great, & I highly recommend it.

Decent sized dog park located in Apollo Beach Park near the tennis court and skate park. They have a big and small dog section, which is good for those little ones that are more on the timid side. They have some obstacle courses like tunnels they can run through or gates they can jump over(though mine don’t pay much attention to it). I love the area since it’s not too far from the coast and you sometimes get a nice ocean breeze. The dogs have a water fountain, a hose to spray down, pet pick up stations, and even a small, plastic doggy pool that they can cool off in.

This was a wonderful place to take your dog. Pros: water for dog A safe place to let your dog run and play Cons: sometimes there are not many dogs to let your pet play with

I don’t have a dog but walk or jog by the dog park most mornings and it is clean and well kept. Seems to be a very nice place to have your dog play and run and meet up with others. Area is well fenced in and has sitting areas for owners. It is nice to see dog owners so attentive to their dogs needs and clean up after them. Definitely a nice place to take your dog almost anytime of the day.

Really a very nice place! People are friendly and do a good job of keeping the area clean. Nice separate areas for big and small dogs, and is rarely ever crowded… Sometimes to the point of being a little lonely! If your dog likes the place to themselves, come during the day on a weekday and they’ll be in doggy heaven.

Very nice dual fenced dog parks with water, covered area with seating for parents and some built in park toys for dogs. One fenced side for larger another for small. Lots of room to run that energy off. Lots of parking. Great amenity!
