Lately the husband and I have turned into craft beer snobs, so when a friend invited us to this brewery to watch the Lightning game, we said yes. The location is off US41 in Apollo Beach, close to the 75 Big Bend exit. Their beer selection is amazing for a smaller brewery. And the best part, pretty affordable. Wide selection of IPAs which I’m growing more fond of. Most beers ranged from $ 5-$ 6. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive. They have a nice sized bar area and also a good amount of sitting space. Trivia was going on prior to the Lightning game and people were really into it. There was definitely a good vibe to the place and I will be coming back. Sure they don’t have food, but you’re more than welcome to being your own OR you can order from the local pizza place and they’ll gladly deliver. Or you can enjoy some of the free popcorn. Definitely recommend this little gem in Apollo Beach.

This is a great little local spot to visit for some local brews. Good selection and their house beers are pretty decent! And they have free popcorn

This is a GREAT place to come with friends and family to try their craft and locally brewed beers. It reminds me of what Stein and Vine used to be before they served food. I hope they stay this way. Stein and Vine is great but ever since they started serving food it can take over an hour to get a seat. Four Stacks was very busy last night but I didn’t feel like I was bumping into everyone and everything in sight. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Five stars!

Wish they had food. Craft beer selection changes weekly. Lots to choose but mostly IPAs

Awesome staff, cozy tasting room, great vibe with tasty beers. Their FSB beer selection has grown since my first visit about 4 months ago and man I can tell that they are just getting warmed up. I love how excited the staff is about the beer. Not pretentious or judgy if you are new to beer… just enthusiast about spreading the beer love and helping you love it too. They have a great variety from lagers to porters to double IPAs. If your hungry you can order from local eateries and they even have a food truck in the parking lot on some weekends. Drink up!

First time visit at the brewery and found a nice selection of beer. If you aren’t sure what to try, they have a nice four stack flight so you can try a variety. Atmosphere is ok, and there is plenty of seating. We had to leave before the music started, but would have liked to stay. There is no food, but a food truck sits in the parking lot and you can purchase food and bring it in the brewery. Empanadas was there Saturday night, but we weren’t too thrilled. We also saw people bring in their own food and then order beers and get ready for the music.

Great new little brewery in Apollo Beach! Stopped here on my birthday on a Wednesday afternoon. It’s located at the end of a little strip mall but has enough room to accommodate quite a few people. The beers were delightful! I had a flight($ 10) with a mix of Four Stacks and local beers. *Note: they don’t have food, but popcorn is available. Everything was great and the beertender was friendly and attentive. Even though the brewery is off the beaten path for me, I will be back for sure!

This is one of the TB area’s newest breweries. We really enjoyed it. The interior décor is fantastic. There are multiple beer lists so you won’t have trouble figuring out what you want to drink. Really great murals adorn the walls. There’s plenty of seating and FREE popcorn with flavor sprinkles! Bartenders were really cool and informative. Several local restaurants deliver, so you could actually go there for dinner even though they don’t have a kitchen. Bonus is that it’s about 5 – 10 minutes from the TECO station where the manatees congregate in the winter. Only negative thing is that the sun just blasts through the front windows around sunset… so bring your shades if you’re there then.

6÷15÷2016EDIT — All the previous stuff stands, but as the brewery expands its selection, it’s getting better and better. These guys put out some very high-quality stuff, and the staff knows what they’re talking about to describe it. It is getting a little IPA heavy, so hopheads are good — but just keep that in mind that if you’re into something lighter, you may not have a huge selection. Alrighty boys. I finally got to try a Four Stacks beer, and they’re legit. Nitro hef and EPA are outstanding. The quite vast selection of the other brews extends this past your normal Taphouse choices, including some harder-to-find stuff(ever had a gose?). Events, food trucks/delivery, friendly crew, good music(pretty sure they hijacked my Pandora playlist), great house beers. Like, surprisingly good beers. Four Stacks, great job.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Love when the staff looks like they love their jobs! Beautiful taproom, nice location and free poppy corn! Manager came over and introduced himself and talked about the brewery! Didn’t get a chance to sample their beers(still brewing), but the guest taps they had flowing were superb! If I lived closer, I’d make this my more frequent haunt! Cheers!!!

Nice atmosphere to hang out with friends. I would like to see a bigger selection of local brews and home brews. They just opened so I guess it will take some time.

Happy to have good beer in the area! Been twice and haven’t been disappointed. Looking forward to more of their own beer being brewed.

A welcomed addition to the neighborhood as theres nothing like it in its proximity… very nice inside, friendly staff and 18 taps… yes, it’d be nice to try their own brands, but I understand the challenges, in due time. The only issue I have is its too close to my house! ;)

If you live in Apollo Beach and are tired of nothing but Nascar beer and over priced«craft beer» this is your place to go. With a knowledgeable staff and awesome owners you can’t go wrong. Every Friday and Saturday night there are different food trucks that will satisfy any appetite. Also available is Latitudes and Mossimos offering free delivery of thier amazing food as well every other night. A rotating beer selection with an «On Deck» menu letting you know what is coming up next will have you coming back. Also available is wine, root beer and water. Best of all they have the NFL ticket so every game is available on Sunday including red zone.

Update: Thus place really seems to have made bid strides since opening several months back. They have done a good job at upgrading their beer offerings with a much wider selection. They now even seem to be able to keep up with demand for their in-house brewed beer. I plan to repeat this place often. My main grip is the disappointing beer selection. Expected they would have some home brewed beer but aparently they were out of stock or havn’t gotten that far yet. The selection they did have was low alocohol(less than 6%) beer. I was excited by the stone medevil ale 10.2% that was on the menu but apparently it was a tease and they don’t even carry it. As for the place, it’s newly built so pretty nice inside but in my opinion lacks character. People that work here do seem very nice… Bottom line, if you live in apollo beach and tired of jai alai as your only option for craft beer then your only option is to brew your own beer or come here. If you live in tampa, save your gas and stick with cigar city or two henry’s breweries. I should say in all fareness my review is base off their opening weekend and the place does have potential. Looking forward to a revisit in a couple of months.
