Above and Below Pool Service and Repair

This guy is a total joke. He is the biggest flake ever! Not to mention he hardly shows up and when he does he will clean your pool for 10 minutes and then leave. DO NOT waste your money with this horrible pool «service».

Big Disappointment! He rarely shows up on his selected day if he even shows up at all! He is very hard to get a hold of when you have a problem or want to ask why him didn’t show up at all. He always has an excuse for anything you call him out on. When I asked why he didn’t come his response was «your pool isn’t green is it.»
He is arrogant and does not listen to your concerns. He scheduled my filter to run for 8 hours a day which hiked up my electric bill and when I asked him to change it he told me he did not have time to vacuum my pool when he came for his weekly service and would not change it!
He couldn’t even get his billing correct, I gave him my email on several occasions and when he wanted his payment I told him I hadn’t received a bill then he realized he still had my email incorrect!
He told me that he spend 6 hours trouble shooting if I needed to replace the cell for my salt water, when is all you have to do is look on top of the cell to see if all the green lights are green!
