This place is absolutely terrible! Go in to get my iPhone screen repaired on a Tuesday and the guy said to come back Thursday when they get more in and we should have it in. So I come back and they say that it going to be a few weeks til they come in. I asked why and they said it was because it was coming in from China and they had some sort of holiday going on. What kind of excuse is that!!! Definitely do NOT recommend to anyone!

This place is horrible. I called on a Monday to get more information about repairing a Samsung S3 screen. They said the tech that does it would be in Tuesday at 1. So I left my phone at home with my boyfriend to drop off. He went to drop it off and they said the tech was not in. He tried to drop it off on Wed and after he dropped it off they called him saying they don’t have the replacement screen in stock and they would order it to come in Thursday. Go to drop the phone off on Thursday and they ordered the wrong glass size and my glass was on backorder and they wouldn’t be able to get it till next week. Horrible service. I give up and I’m going somewhere else to get my phone fixed.

Good customer service… just need to format automated emails. Not every customer has the same requests. The automated email assumes the customer wants their device UPS ground back to them.
