If you could give minus stars, that’s what’s needed here. The staff here are totally incompetent. Bought a pair of glasses, replaced once because the staff glazed the lenses when heating them to make adjustments, and now can’t get the second set adjusted so that they at least set level. Take your business elsewhere.
