Horrible experience– long story short short one month of service for my husband and I cost us $ 350 and my phone didn’t even work two weeks in. My husband and I were lied to about what plan to get and how much it would cost I’m assuming just to make the sale. My phone stopped working completely after two weeks and we went in for help. It was a nightmare, we wanted to cancel and were told it would not be an issue by a sales associate. They gave me a loaner and said even though It would be outside the 30 days because we had to go out of state for work, but he said it would fine. I called to cancel and he said he could not help me and referred me to call the sales dept. I spoke to the sales department, and the supervisor of the sales department. They did not care that we were misled by two employees. The supervisor could only read off her script and say the same thing repeatedly she did not help me at all. I finally spoke to the Sr. Sales person. After countless hours of wasted time with these people all she will do it let us cancel. Gee thanks. We have an almost $ 300 bill for 1 month of service and also EVENIFYOUAREWITHINTHE30DAYRETURNPERIODBECAUSEYOUDONTLIKEYOURSERVICEOREVENIFITDOESNTWORKYOUHAVETOPAYTOCANCEL. Ours was an additional $ 75. What a waste of time and money for us.

Awful customer service. One of my many bad experiences her had the employee take longer then I had to give me a loner phone. After I left he left me a voicemail telling me he had already disconnected my phone. Yes, read that last sentence again, and let it sink in.
