IHOP

In a really nice shopping center and Unilocal says open til midnight, except when I stopped over here on Saturday at 11pm, the place was closed for the night. Imagine my disappointment… all I wanted was some CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES, man!

1.10 min wait until we were asked what we wanted to drink.
2.Juwuan my server not attentive at all.
3.Grits STONE COLD and too much butter, no seasoning, bland.
4.The food made this experience mediocre, might return or try MOE’S across the street.

Recently came here for a pancake craving. That’s about the only thing that was passable.
I was here with 2 friends one Friday evening for service. Upon arriving the restaurant was not crowded or full. Granted it was 930 and they closed at 10 but, that was no excuse for what was in store.
Our server McKenzie was gracious and nice but, I have to say her manager and kitchen staff set her up for failure.
Of the 3 diners in my party, 2 ordered the T-​bone steak and egg. The other an omelet. Both steaks ordered were medium. They came out pass well done. It looked like the steaks were re-​heats from a previous botched order.
From there we tried to salvage the outing by requesting something that took less time and effort to cook. We respectively ordered the sausage and bacon to replace our hockey puck steaks. No dice. After waiting another 15 minutes we were informed that they hadn’t event started on our replacements. :(
I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that the manager left the server out there to apologize for a kitchen overzealous to depart or that the manager decided not to engage at all.
Needless to say I won’t be back. I somehow doubt that the service would improve if the bad customer service starts from the top of the staff and trickles down.

It’s IHOP, so the food is decent. The service could be quicker, but perhaps they’re just working the kinks out since this restaurant opened recently. It’s a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Note: Parking is kind of a pain; the garage is your best bet (watch out for the stairwell that smells bad).

The staff was super friendly. The food came fast and so super good. I am so happy to see a few familiar faces from other IHOPs that have closed in the area.
